For the most part, the experience was fine. But the car I ordered remained in "inspection" for an extended period of time. It was a Tesla. Which meant the car sat uncharged and arrived to me smelling musty and had 19% charge on the battery. It was pouring rain the day I picked it up which made charging even worse. Otherwise, Adrianna was very good and appreciated. Next time you deliver an electric vehicle to a customer, make sure it is charged and clean. You should be ashamed.

I always said I would never buy a car online. I'm a convert. This was easy and I got the truck I wanted for a good price. They gave me a fair value for the trade and the drop off and pick up went smooth.

Negative stars! The entire process was great up until delivery. When delivery arrived the front end had been damaged, brakes & rotors were severely worn, backup camera not working, lower front control arms need replacement. Per Toyota dealership, vehicle was probably crashed on a joyride by carvana employees. I was promised these repairs would be paid for by several carvana employees including the delivery driver which is why I accepted the car. Carvana lost record of my phone call to take the car back 2 days before the 7 day trial expired. I have been fighting with them since. Contacted CO and AZ state attorney regarding carvana and no resolution has been made. Filed numerous complaints with BBB as well - no response at all. Full price for the vehicle. Carvana offers nothing off the price. It's been 4 months with these issues. I fixed the brakes and rotors. Repair shops in my area refused or stopped working with carvana due to not paying for repairs. Reimbursement for repairs denied. Carvana refuses to accept responsibility for delivering a vehicle with undisclosed damage that was unsafe to drive. Refuses to replace the vehicle. States "No safety or drivability issues, Sucks to be you. We will not take it back." I am getting close to letting them repo the xxxx car. I don't care. I worked hard to build my credit and this is such xxxx poor customer service from carvana. Their policy is money over safety and quality.

This is a BS statement from carvana. At no point were you ever concerned and at no point did you ever reach out to fix or make this purchase right. I was told by three reps and have the emails confirming carvana prefers profits over making a customer whole. I was told there is no safety or drivability issues so the car will not be taken back, no discounts offered, etc. Typical BS from carvana. Theres more than enough info to pull up my account. See your executive resolution team. Its not that difficult. This could have been a great experience but no.

Just called carvana in regard to this complaint and was told again, the resolution is: THERE IS NONE. SOTUATION REMAINS THE SAME. CARVANA REFUSING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERING THIS VEHICLE WITH UNDISCLOSED DAMAGE AND REFUSING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. BANKRUPTCY OR REPO? WHATS THE BEST OPTIKN AT THIS POINT? waste of time trying to get a proper resolution. Carvana continues to prove they dont care about their customers or safety. They onky care about their money.

I will never..ever deal with a dealership again.. so fast and easy... It was a snap and I love my car.. painless .. so awesome my wife ordered one the following day.

The entire process was a breeze. From being able to search through thousands of quality cars based on my price range and wants to having the car delivered to my door, the entire experience was amazing. I was able to take my time and didn't have to worry about the pressure of a greedy salesman breathing down my neck. I told the ambassador that I will never by a car any other way from now on. I have sat in dealerships for hours waiting on God knows what when purchasing vehicles in the past. Carvana values customers time and it shows.

Absolutely the worst car buying experience, customer service and online experience I have ever had. The deal was messed up on every step including insurance verification and delivery of the car. I could not have my wife accept as I was travelling.... but was not told this until the day of delivery resulting in a reschedule. Additonally, the person delivering the vehicle was late to delivery and incredibly hard to understand and rude. She actually threatened to cancel the transaction because I became upset at her actions! The condition of the car was not as advertised including exterior (more scratches and imperfections than noted), interior ( large stain on carpet in cargo area not visible on screen. Lastly, the car was unsound mechanically. The battery died exactly 7 days after receiving and so I was unable to return the car. I was stranded, it could not be charged by a service and I had to purchase a new one which was over $350. All transactions were robotic and unhelpful. I will do everything possible to steer people away from this misleading and insensitive company.

Easy transaction but HORRIBLE CARS. I bought a car from 2017 only 60k miles and it needs a whole new motor. Disgusting brand, would not consider taking the car back. I've been paying my monthly payment on a car I haven't been in possession of in over a month because they sold me a lemon. If Florida had lemon laws on used cars I would be suing them. Absolute joke of a company. Do not buy from them!
