I was able to find the car I wanted and get it ordered. When something went wrong with the original delivery date they rescheduled it quickly and kept me up to date on it. Duke very was great I was able to take it for a quick drive and then the driver answered any questions I hade.

Beware of Carvana's 'pre-approval'.
Beware of Carvana's 'pre-approval'. I was pre-approved but ultimately denied financing due to being self-employed. The official reason they gave in writing was that I had too many credit inquiries, funny thing - Carvana's inquiry was the only one with Experian (the bureau they used). This dropped my score from 'very good' to 'fair'.... adversely impacting my credit for the next two years. When I contact Carvana customer support about this, they said I shouldn't have proceeded with the application. My proceeding with the application was based solely on my pre-approval!

I bought a car.
I bought a car. When it came the driver side door didn't seal and it leaked rain water into it. No issue with the door was mentioned anywhere during the buying process or in paperwork. When I contacted Carvana to see if I can fix it under the 100 day warranty, they sent me to a service center that doesn't do body work. I am still trying to figure out what to do, amd may just return it during the 7 day period for a $600 dollar loss for the delivery fee. It also came with a dead battery that cost me $90 to have jumped the first time I drove it. The paper work and delivery are also much less convenient than buying at a dealership. All around, a horrible experience so far.

Quick and easy, but the car has many issues that I’m being expected to deal with on my own with the worst warranty company possible that they use, Silverrock. Silverrock is garbage, they log everything as a cosmetic issue (which is not covered), and they try switch up verbiage on the claim to make it a nonissue for them. And then they decline coverage. Worst experience ever.
Took car to be checked out and service people wouldnt let
Took car to be checked out and service people wouldnt let me even drive it off the lot. The entire differential system was anout to fall out. Everything inderneath the car had to be replaced. Rotors were ruined, brakes shot, had to have transmissikn fan, oil cooler was shot and had to be replaced as well. Mechanic told me it was a miracle the drive line didnt fall out before I got the car there. It was a death trap. I cannot believe a company would purposely put someones life in danger like they did.
