I am so happy I went with Carvana. I was a little skeptical at first. The experience was fast no more waiting at a dealership for 6+ hours. I already new what kind of car I wanted. So I looked at everything that they posted, pictures, mileage etc… Bonus they deliver the car to your house. If for some reason you are not happy with the car you choose within 7 days you can return no questions asked. My daughter turns 16 next year I will definitely go with Carvana agin.

Carvana where do I start.
Carvana where do I start.....The whole process has been wonderful and easy. We received our first car that was BMW X5 black in color but looked blue when we got it and smelled like smoke so we didn't wanna keep it so we were in touch with carvana and kept them updated while we were in the process of looking for another car. We found another X5 we wanted and were able to drive the first X5 until we recieved the new X5 which was about 3 weeks and they allowed us 1000 miles without charge which was great. We did the swap of old car to new car and everything went easy and smooth. The new X5 we now purchased I took to BMW Dealer and had it looked over and for inspection it needed a new washer jet and also Ball joints to pass and BMW service talked to Silver rock and it was payed for in full by them around 2000$. Great experience overall. You have to call and keep them updated but with that said it was a easy process. Sit in the comfort of home or office and anywhere remote and search for vehicles is fantastic. Def recommend! Thanks Carvana!!!

They sell broken cars?
They sell broken cars? Whaaat? Just recently tried to purchase a vehicle at Carvana. This was not a good experience. After completing everything online and verifying funds I was thinking this was so simple and must be too good to be true. The day before our pickup date, got notice there was an issue in shipping, and the car was pushed out a couple more days. Fine, I get it things happen. The day before our next delivery date I got another notice the vehicle was pushed out 3 weeks. I called customer service and they told me it was in the repair shop, and they could not tell me why or even confirm if the new delivery date would actually be met. Soooo BUYER BEWARE - the car you choose may actually need repairs, even if they lie to you and tell you its gone through all these checks, and been certified. etc. Canceled the order and took my money someplace else.

Worst experience ever Bought a car sent all documents requested set delivery waited chatted online Could not get a good answer. Waited chatted reset delivery waited called waited some more canceled order went to DriveTime bought a newer car better financing home within 3 hours I do not recommend carvana at all

Browsing dealer inventory on-line is super cool. Having a 7 day test-drive is outstanding. Waiting for the car to arrive is the only drawback. Every ineraction that I have had with Carvana has been pleasent.

Love the car I purchased from Carvana which gave me a better deal than I could have found locally. When any questions arose, the staff at Carvana was always friendly and helpful. The keyword-based chat responses to my questions were sometimes a little bit off, but it was not difficult, nor did it ever take long, to connect with an actual person to help me out.

Well let’s see.. I’m currently in a rental because the vehicle I purchased from Carvana this month is in the dealership service because of bad engine. The only rental car available at enterprise is $128/day. Idk how long before I get it back. For engine lights to come on so soon makes me wonder if the codes were cleared and whatever issue there was, it was not fixed. Hasn’t been 2 weeks yet. The vehicle was $55K. $17.5K down. I just got it. It says a lot about your service department and “inspections”. But what’s worse, is the resolution. No call back, no help. The warranty company is terrible. You guys could’ve helped with a rental car. After all you sold me a car and people are saying I should sue. Somebody please give me a call. Do I have to keep this Escalade? What was the service report on it before I bought it? Can I see the service records? What can Carvana do?

Car was supposed to show up at 11:30. By 1:30 I had called several times and they were not able to tell me where my car was. No answers, and unwillingness by the company for any sort of discount besides the delivery fee. At this point I cancelled insurance on my old car so I am stuck at home without any vehicle. Completely blew past the 3 hour time frame that they guaranteed the car to arrive in. Such a nightmare and would never work with this company again.
