Bought a used car from out of state.

Bought a used car from out of state. Pictures and videos I received from the salesman excluded obvious physical defects in the vehicle that were not disclosed to me until after the car was paid for. Vehicle arrived and had clearly been in a front end collision (replacement headlight, peeling clearcoat, etc), again not disclosed by the dealer. Salesman (Austin) ignored every attempt I made to contact him once he was paid on the sale (2 months now and still no license plates or a call back from him). Also to note, Austin and the finance team ran my credit without my permission ( I have written messages explicitly telling them to wait). Overall poor experience. Would not recommend

Terrible terrible service techs that are clueless

I bought a Kia Stinger used from Carriage Kia Woodstock. It was night time and though their lot is brightly lit, I both did not notice that the car had been through extensive body patching and repair on its front end. I decided to keep the car as everything else seemed to be working fine and I just like the Stinger THAT much, even though their sales team clearly screwed me over on pricing me without assessing diminution of value due to (bad) body repairs on the front fender. Shame on me for not noticing...NOW...onto the SERVICE of this dealership for simple oil changes DO NOT take your Kia or any other vehicle here. The Stinger takes 7.3 qt of oil - they really should invest the time to actually TRAIN their techs. Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES these guys have filled my car with DARK BROWN (conventional) motor oil though I am buying full synthetic from them - not only that, but they overfilled but 1.5 quarts - meaning to me that they drain your car halfway, then fill it up with whatever else to save money. I paid also for fluids top off - none of the fluids including the engine coolant were topped off. Good thing, because I am guessing their "tech" would get that wrong, too and really mess up this expensive car. I have pumped my engine both times they gave me an "oil change" and the motor oil was thick and brown - meaning they did NOT do their full synthetic change as paid for. They also did not rotate my tires though that is part of their 85.00 full synthetic change service. Run for the hills and find someone who is not trying to sabotage your 50k vehicle while you drink their free coffee. Service manager has YET to call me back. I'm done.

I am used to getting everything done when I have brought my van in for service over the past few years, but they don't do that anymore. It's very inconvenient for me. I was pleased with how helpful Christian was and how fast my oil chsnge was done.
