This is my second vehicle purchase at this dealer and so far I'm happy with their sales department. The service department worked with me on several occasions and has done a great job on price and scheduling. HORRIBLE customer service.
HORRIBLE customer service.. I called to make an appointment to take my car in for an oil change only to be told that I didn’t need an appointment..i asked what time service opens and was told 8am and if i got there early i should be in and out no problem…I arrived at 755 and pulled in at 8am only to be told that they were a couple of hours out on appointment vehicles. I’m not waiting that long for an oil change and since i came from Vancouver it’s not like i could just run it back over later. I requested a call back from their service manager to express my concerns but of course never heard back.

Today Feb 21, 2022 Me and my family went in to get service and to get add-ons on our vehicle we just purchased And we had Elvia Cruz help us out…. She is a disrespectful rude individual that treated us very disrespectfully I get everybody has bad days but at this point this is over the top I am a mom of three and two under two they were supposed to loan me a vehicle which I get they only had a Subaru Impreza at the moment I just voiced my opinion and said “there is no way my two car seats and my 11 year old are going to fit in the car and if we do we will be very tight” she said well if you want something more luxurious we can rent you something from enterprise and YOU can pay the difference IF YOU WANT SOMETHING LUXURIOUS I proceeded to tell her it’s not the luxury we are seeking we are looking for something comfortable for our kids given the fact that my vehicle will be up there for 4 to 5 days and she left didn’t say anything after that we get all our belongings out and tried to fit everything into the Subaru and we leave a bit of trash behind “obvious trash” and she sais well you need to get that out if not they will charge you more because they are very picky i said I don’t need the trash they can dispose of it since they’re going to clean the car anyways and she proceeded to go and get a dumpster and put it right in my face and said there’s the trash so you can throw it out after that I asked her for the keys so we can move the vehicle up so we can get the car seats in she denied me access to the keys do to the fact that we have not signed paperwork all I was trying to do was get my car seats set and very disrespectful she denied it!!! We also got promised by the salesman a buff and cut due to the fact that the vehicle got scratched from them washing it that day and she specifically wanted to know what scratches and where they were at . I told her the whole vehicle all around needed to get buff and cut because it was so damaged from them scratching at the time of them washing and drying it and she just stared at me blankly not doing anything about it it seems like nobody really cares that we got treated very disrespectfully from this individual this is the first time we came to this dealership and I have to admit I regret it immensely due to the fact how disrespectfully we got treated from the service staff!!!

This dealership is not pushy, and really does whatever it takes to get you the best deal. I had a great experience with salesman Ariyan, and also their finance persons Dupree. Typically, finance people are pushy and when you don’t buy the warranties they become rude. Not here. Great experience overall. I appreciate y’all.
