Was interested in a 2001 Toyota 4runner.
Was interested in a 2001 Toyota 4runner. I was told it wasn’t in the new buyers program because it was to old which I can understand. The next day I get a text saying there’s another newer 4runner with 90k more miles that I am approved for in which I said i’m not. The next day I get another text saying I am approved for the original 2001 I was interested in. I then took the 45 minute drive back out just for them to tell me there was a “communication error” and I can’t get the deal they texted me and confirmed multiple times I could have. Didn’t negotiate much and now I still don’t have the car. The sales manager and Isaac could have done a better job at communicating. Will not be returning and I do not recommend this dealer.
Great Customer Service
Ismael Ramirez was great. He helped my son get his first car. He was very knowledgeable about his car. He took the time to go over every detail with us. He made sure everything was good on the car. Everyone in the dealership was nice.
Horrific
STAY AWAY! Horrible service in every aspect. Ismael the car salesman promised me a price before running my credit and after he’s switched the price and then had me wait 2 hours to give me the bad news and then asked for a $500 dollars deposit because they couldn’t finalize the paperwork because their finance person had left, so I had them make me a written contract that the deposit would be refundable. Well I show up the next day and they break some more “bad news” and say that the loan terms changed and they doubled the interest, so I refused the offer and asked nicely for my money back and they were quick to say they couldn’t give it back until 2 days later after I had left cash not a check. So I got in an argument with Ismael & his manager Ivan and they said that the following day I could pick up my money, so had to make a third trip just to get my deposit back. It has been the worst car buying experience of all my life. Cars.com should be embarrassed of allowing such a business on their site!! STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!!!!
I was sold a car that wouldn't start as soon as I signed
I was sold a car that wouldn't start as soon as I signed the paperwork. First I was told I could cancel the contract. Then my trade in owenership was transferred to the dealership and I was stuck with a car that needed to have the motor replaced. It took a month exactly before I received car. The dealer made me keep my trade in to use as a loaner and forced me to pay insurance on it. This was overall the single worst car buying experience Ive ever had. The salesman, financial guy, general manager and others would routinely hang up on me and wouldn't answer calls or emails. I wish I researched the dealer as much as I did the vehicle. I'd have never bought from them. I'm not the only buyer to be treated this way. Please find a different t dealer if you need a vehicle.

I bought a Nissan Altima 2006 on 02/11/2022 for $9.204,50 and my wife wasn't happy with it. I explained to them that we want to switch to another car. They offered me a trade price of $3.000,00 in a month. It is not a fair business and not acceptable. We are very very sorry about that. Please be careful making a business with them.

Poor customer service.
Scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, arrives 15 minutes early and never met the sales guy because he was not around and found out they just had sold the vehicle.

Used car nightmare "just like out of a movie!"
Car broke down upon the drive home. Electrical system and alternator. I have seen this type of scenario in many reviews but didn't think it would apply to me. The sales manager was uncompromising, no solutions and really doesn't value customers. He told me they don't provide pre-inspections prior to selling cars. Told me I could have taken it to another dealer to determine its viability. Asked for a refund given it died upon first hour. Slammed the "used car" contract on the desk and gave me a legal speech. Asked him if I was being unreasonable and he believes that I am. I am purchasing a warranty on-line to protect myself as I am guaranteed this car is a lemon. I take responsibility for purchasing a used car too fast with a scandalous company. My experience was something out of a movie with an unethical used car dealership!
