Wow, what a mistake it was to buy a vehicle here. ALL BUYERS BEWARE! THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU! This place epitomizes "shady used car dealer". They will do and say everything they can to get a sale, making a lot of false promises and then having zero follow-through once you walk out the door. Bought a Honda Ridgeline last month and got it in writing that they would fix a dent in the rear. Was told that I could come in a week later to have the work completed, and they would call the next day to confirm the appointment. Never got that call. I called the day before I was supposed to go in. They said I couldn't come in, because their body shop guys were working on hail damage and that they would call me back later that day. Never got that call. I called the day I was supposed to go in to confirm if I could come in. Received a lot of wish-washy answers. They finally agreed that they would make the repairs for me at a different body shop where I now live. I have now been calling weekly for them to tell me where I can take it. I've been told that they will "call back" at least 7 times now. I have YET to receive a call. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT GO HERE.

Found the car online and called and talked to a salesman , he was patience and professional. Had the car pulled up front when we got there. Took it for a short test drive and decided to buy it. We originally was going to go through our bank but they had better rates with their lender so we did financing there. We love the car and very pleased with the whole experience.

Told Alex what we wanted to look at and he checked to make sure all were available. Arrived at 11am test drive 3 trucks, made our choice, did the paperwork and we were out by 2pm! 3 hours on a Saturday start to finish with a trade! Awesome

Not even 2 full days after purchasing a vehicle from this dealer (120 miles) the engine blew. After a lot of stress they agreed to replace the engine with one with the same or less miles. I finally got the car back after 3 weeks only to find out that the engine that was put in it had 34,000 more miles on it then the one that blew. There were issues with the replacement cars they gave me to drive. The first one....the engine light came on the day they gave it to me. The 2nd one... sometimes the air conditioner would blow out the vents, other times I had to put it on the defroster and floor mode. I took the car back to them after learning the mileage on the replacement engine. After some discussion they agreed to take the car back, pay off the loan and return my trade in. They "lost" the key and remote for it. They key they had made only worked in the ignition not the door. I had to get a new key made and a remote for it. Of course they refused to pay for that...oh well lesson learned. As for the car they took back....It is listed on their website as having 68,054 miles. That is a LIE!!! The engine in it has over 102,000 miles on it. I have the VIN number of the car and the VIN number of the replacement engine. The appropriate authorities have been contacted. NO ONE should have to go through what I did.

Brent did a great job helping us to get the truck we have been searching for at a good price. Christian was honest & upfront about what they could do on the repairs. We left with the vehicle we wanted & a decent deal. This is the first time I have bought a used vehicle & felt like it was an honest & open transaction. thank you for that experience!

I was searching for a new car for about a year and wandered upon CarStoreUSA since it was right down the street from my parents' house. I fell in love with this 2009 BMW 328i that looked almost brand new! I get compliments pretty often and people never believe me when I tell them that it's used and nearly 9 years old. Juan was so helpful--he cut me a great deal on my BMW and even let me leave with a full tank of gas. I've never been to another dealership where I didn't feel harassed by the salespeople. My mother helped me shop and since we are both female, it was so comforting that not a single salesperson at CarStoreUSA treated us like we were inferior or clueless about cars. Another part of my experience to note was the fact that although the car only had one key with it, Juan helped us figure out whether it would be more affordable to purchase a spare through their dealership or if it was cheaper to purchase directly from BMW. They genuinely wanted me to have the most affordable options possible at this dealership. Since buying this car back in March, I relocated to the Overland Park, KS area and still, I have no issues whatsoever. Thanks again, Juan! :)

Waste of time

Went in to look at a certain SUV and couldn't find it on the lot. When I asked about it the guy said he'd try to find it. 5min. later he pulls it around front and tells me it was in the back getting charged because the battery was drained!! This is supposed to be a professional large-scale car lot. I went ahead and test drove the car but that battery issue was eating at me. Why in the world would you have a bad battery in a car your trying to sell??? It was all corroded! And the car was DIRTY! I have excellent credit and could have bought it on top of my other car loan but it just didn't feel right. No thanks, I'll stick with a more professional place!! I have no idea how it's getting good reviews.
