Bought a 2014 car from here end of Jan 2020. By end of April car keeps dying when I slow down, finally will not even start. I have my personal certified mechanic check it out and the timing chain CarStore had Alexander Motors put on(Was not told a new on was put on) was put on wrong(and Alexander motors stated they changed all components when this was done which is also a lie I have the components to show they were old not new) on top of that there is aluminium shavings in my oil pan and pickup tube, plus dirt in my oil pan. Called CarStore was told not their problem I had to call Alexander Motors, Alexander Motors was at least nice about it but they pointed out I didn't buy car from them not their problem. Have been calling for now 4 weeks and no call back. The owner lied on Google reviews stating I bought car in 2019 so they are not responsible(again I bought in 2020) now I have spent almost 14000 dollars on a car that does not run and CarStore has been nothing but rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

This dealer is deceptive. (surprise surprise) Hid the fact that the vehicle we purchased had an out of state title. Lied about knowing that. Said we were SOL on inspection and that was on us. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. General Manager was very rude and unprofessional.

I put a deposit on the vehicle and scheduled an inspection for the vehicle because there were many negative reviews online. Salesman never showed for appointment and made up excuse of having an accident...when in reality he sold the vehicle later that day. Would not due business with this dealer.

Worst buying experience I’ve had. Salesman had no clue about repairs made at their dealership and tried to lie about vehicle condition and issues. Inspection completed found numerous issues and thousands in repairs. Stay away from this dealer!

Buying a car in Wichita before moving from California. The people at the dealership were outstanding in assistance with info and videos of the car. I will be picking up the car when I arrive in Wichita.

Brent did a good job of getting the deal done quickly. Nice facility and a lot of cars to pick from. Easy to get in and out.

I purchased a 17 Honda Civic and the entire process was smooth and easy. It was the price I wanted and took only a hour to complete. The first place I went to wanted to rip me off and add a bunch of stuff onto the car to inflate the price. I will never go anywhere else.

Purchased a used car. Looked for a car, told a car just arrived on the lot, needed to be detailed. Drove car, didnt know front of car had rear ended a car. Smashed in, air stopped working, hoses messed up. We were given a clean title from the State of Kansas. We do not believe any mechanic checked out the vehicle. Now two mechanics, collision repair shop took pictures and detailing all the damage under the hood, including the frame. We are contacting the state of Kansas after all repairs have been assessed and finished. Do not trust anyone from this car store.

It is unbelievable how I went into this dealership looking at a car that was considered extremely over priced, and the salesman that I talked to told me they would not lower the price AT ALL because their prices are firm. DO NOT GO TO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!
