These people are despicable and will tell any lie needed to make a buck. I wouldn't trust them to do an oil change, much less buy a car from them ever again.

They sold me a 2005 White Chevy Equinox on Sept22,2021 im thinking its drivable condition until I had Another person look at it this morning Oct.1,2021 this is where I found out the True Condition of the Vehicle, its Very Rusted under the bottom&they knew the Condition of this car,was low miles of 103,000 upper outside body looks ok but the Condition of the Car Frame Under the Car Is Very Unsafe And will Crack at Any give Moment,and your family will be in a accident The vehicle is unsafe for any Person,kids or Family to ride in It I went back today to get my money back & they low balled me on getting my money back please do not Phurchase your Car From Car Source in Kenosha, WI. on Sheridan Rd..they want your money but the car/cars is not worth the money!!

Sam, I gave you the option to work this out like adults but you did not call me back and then blocked my number. Here are my options going forward. File a small claims, file a civil suit, class action, ad in both Racine and Kenosha papers, BBB, DMV, DOT. I can create a website and Facebook page dedicated to the people that you have screwed over. See, I too have titled and registered cars/trucks as well as heavy highway trucks. I have contacts at the DOT and will make sure the truck you sold me will never be able to be driven again. I can also let the people at GoFundme know what kind of person you are. You put my teenage son in a death trap. The bed of the truck is not even attached to the chassis, a 2x4 wedged under said bed, tape over where it should have been welded, the under carriage looks like the Titanic, and so much more. Oh that's right you wouldn't even come to the dealership to look at the pictures. It's also pretty crappy that you left your employee to deal with this situation and then call the police because someone raised their voice at you over the phone . You also tell my family member to "calm the f**k down. Great customer service! I can only assume the Police have been to your shop before because they seemed to know what I was going through. Plus, when they saw the pictures they shook our hands and wished us luck. I warned you this mama bear will not give up! Your move!

Like the way they write all five star reviews for themselves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They sell junk and unsafe cars. Sold me a car with a cracked frame. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Good People Low Cost Cars

My wife and I have bought two used cars from this dealership. The first was a Ford three years ago for $800 under Blue Book. We took it to our mechanic fixed a couple of minor issues we knew about. The car is used by our daughter driving back and forth to Gateway without any issues. We bought a little Nissan last year. It's my daily driver and have had zero issues with it. The next time we need to pick up another under 10K car we will buy from this dealership.

I purchased a car from Car Source; Sam was very helpful on the phone. He was not there the day I bought the car, rather his Agent drafted the documents for title and registration; the guys in the shop were very helpful, fixing a tail light bulb that was out, pumping up a low tire, putting some gas in it, as I had a long drive. An error was made in the sales tax amount; Sam called me to explain. I am a satisfied customer, received what I had expected, Sam was honest and fair. However, I stated my position as his error, and as a professional he should have to cover the shortfall, although I am completely satisfied. So, I suggested that if he covered the amount due remainder, in order to complete the title transfer and registration, that I would be pleased to make reimbursement, understanding that people make mistakes. He agreed to do so, and I am looking forward to receiving my title and registration; I will reimburse him for the outlay of sales tax, upon my receipt of it. I appreciate what they did for me, Car Source, Sam, his Agent, and the guys in the shop, who I had tipped. For a cash deal, it was very trustworthy; I trust that it will be resolved to everyone's satisfaction. I do not buy cars often, but I would not hesitate to frequent Car Source again. Owners don't support BLM, was shopping for a used car and all the owner would sell me was a totalled junker, 3/4 tires deflated with heavy body damage. It's like the car was right next to a bonfire!

glorified scrap yard

You know things aren't gonna go well when you walk into the lot and notice three cars with flat tires. It gets worse from there. Two of the cars I came to look at were already sold and delivered, but somehow still appear online. The third I looked at told me how shady this dealer was. First I noticed how poor the paint finish was on the hood, which led me to look closer and find the hood was badly misaligned, which led to a larger inspection that uncovered large quantities of body filler on the front quarter panel. This car had been wrecked, likely totalled, and patched back together by an amateur. I don't think I found a vehicle on the lot that wasn't in some state of distress, much of it covered up. Just go to a scrap yard, you'll get the same quality for much less money.

My daughter filled out a loan application w/All her personal information. Amber told her the application was denied and she would probably need a co-signer. I called several times. Calls went Ignored for 4 days. When I finally spoke with Amber she couldn’t fine my daughter’s or co-signer applications. So how can you deny a loan when you clearly can’t fine the application. After several minutes on hold she found it and said she would call the bank and call me right back. I called her 3X after waiting 2 hours, Voice mail. Still have not heard from her. How can you tell a customer her application was denied when you can’t find it??? That tell me you had no intention on selling her this car. Discrimination!!!!!!
