My wife and I just purchased our second car from emg, after our car that we only owned for 11 months was totaled Franco our initial salesman from the first vehicle helped us 100% through the steps from insurance to the gap to get us back on the road as soon as possible. 2 weeks after my car was totaled he had us back out on the road in a beautiful Mercedes e400. Franco makes magic happen believe me !

Went in yesterday to look at a used vehicle for my business. The customer rep who helped me was named Omar. He seemed somewhat friendly when we first met. He took down all the information of what I was looking for and showed me 3 vehicles in stock that would meet my needs. He went to grab the keys and brought me out to the lot. That's when things went down hill. He gave me the 3 keys and said the cars are over here in this section. He told me to take a look at them and he was going inside to fax something. He left me in the lot to look for the cars and went in. I was lucky enough to find two of them but was so disgusted how my time wasn't valuable to him that I returned the keys and told him I have never had a salesman just leave me outside and leave. He kinda shrugged and said bye. Its as if he didn't want to make a sale. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Franco made the experience easy and pain free. The process from start to finish was pretty efficient. No running around or time wasting. I am very excited about my new truck!!!

I visited EMG Auto today to look at an SUV. I met Al who is a true professional in every sense of the word. Al was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and put me in an SUV that I completely love. Al is a tribute to how you should be treated by a car professional. If I had to do it all over again I would ask for Al in a heartbeat. Al is a smart man and he will go far in life. EMG is very lucky to have him.
