BUYER BEWARE!!! HUGE HIDDEN FEES!!! While the prices may seem attractive, they fail to mention their "Dealer Maintenance Fee" of $2495.00 (or more)! On top of these crazy hidden fees (that they don't say until the end during negotiation), they wasted my time for over 2 hours as the car wasn't even ready at my appointment time. They couldn't even find the car at first! They, then, needed to put air in the tires and gas in the tank which took another 30 min. When I asked why they didn't tell me about the extra fees right from the beginning instead of wasting my time, the salesman said "because you didn't ask". Terrible customer service with very shady business practices. I would not recommend.

Asking price $6000 over price listed. I walked away.

I found a car i wanted to look at that was listed at the Avenel, NJ location. I called 8 hours ahead of time to make sure the car is at the location. I was informed the car was there and setup an appointment to test drive it later that day. After getting to the dealer and sitting down with a salesman the first thing he says is sorry the car is at a different location. Thanks for wasting my time. I'll take my buisness else where.

Franco is amazing!! We drove an hour to come look at the vehicle. He let us test drive the vehicle and gave us space to check out the vehicle w/out breathing down our neck. He answered all our questions about the vehicle, its history and provided the car fax. He made the entire car buying experience such a pleasant experience. We didn't feel pressured at all.
