Liers
lied to get me to drive 60 miles for a car they didnt even have. This is an old sales tactic I didnt kmow people still use. Avoid this place AT all cost
Dont buy here. Shady people
Went to look at a Mazda 6 and test drove with the sales guy. Ended up buying he car and the next day just happened to look at the sales receipt. They snuck in the receipt that the car is not legal to drive in Wisconsin. Never once was this mentioned when I was looking at it, if it is not legal to drive then why did they let me drive off the lot? I do not recommend shopping here, they are very shady. They are not even returning my calls, fortunately I paid with a credit card so I can charge it back.

Ask Questions
I went to buy a Ford Edge back in May and found a potential at Car Planet. Sal was helpful and worked a deal for me on the car after 2 phone calls to “the owner”, hence 2 stars for sales process. After that, working with them was a pain. When I picked up the car, they only gave me 1 key/fob. Always ask for a second key. Sal said he would check with the auction house and call me. He doesn’t return calls. 3 calls later, no extra keys found so it cost me $150 from a Ford dealer. Next, the registration. I was told title/plates would come in 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called Sal and he said it was all submitted but he would check and call me. Never called. A week later I called the DMV to check. They have no record of the car being sold and it’s still registered to the previous owner!! I called Sal back and he said they are waiting for the lien release and it should be any day but he’d let me know, of course he didn’t, so I called the DMV again 2 weeks later and still no registration submitted. Can you even sell a car without those key documents??? I called Sal again and demanded he get this thing done, now. He assured me they got the lien release and he would personally drop off the registration. This process took nearly 3 months and no less then 4 hours of my personal time. I had to go and renew my temporary plates at the DMV because of all the delays. The DMV doesn’t do that very willingly without reason. Anyway, buyer beware!!! Ask questions to make sure you get all the keys and ask to see the title and make sure it’s clean or you could be waiting months to get your title and/or plates.
Transmission Issues
I went to this place to buy my first car ever. After two days the check engine light went on. I called in and they fixed a few things and checked the code. They didn't fix what was wrong with the car. Now I realized that it was a bad transmission. For paying 3,400 on a car I hope they would at least disclose that it has transmission issues. Don't shop here! If you are a first car buyer make sure to take it to a shop to get the car checked before buying anything from this dealership.
Not good communication from this place.
I've reached out to them 4 times about vehicles and haven't received a response. A good sign that I should take my business elsewhere. You should probably avoid this place.
Terrible Dealership
Went in to look at a VW Phaeton with a friend since they had 2. Both listings don't mention anything wrong with either car. One had a grey interior, the other tan. At first, we looked at the tan one, and oh boy was that a xxxxty experience. A great way to start off showing a used car is not having the battery be dead. Eventually, he jumps it so we could see how it ran, which it did fine, but the car had so many problems like the radio was dead, a lot of the interior features didn't work, and the xxxxing door was misaligned. The thing was dirty, and they wanted too much for it. The second one was a lot nicer but still had a few electrical gremlins. We wanted to test drive it, but couldn't because it was in the showroom, so we arranged to do it another day. That day comes and I call to verify the ride, and he says he sold it. Thanks, xxxxxxx. It's worth mentioning that while I was there, I noticed a few other cars they had. They had a WRX STI that might have been in the saddest condition I've ever seen for very overpriced, and they had a 328i xDrive, the same car I drive mind you, with fewer features, and more miles than mine for 50% more than I paid for mine. We tried asking about it and tried to talk about the price, and he just said it's a fair price (HINT: It wasn't). Nothing good about this dealer, he just buys up unique cars in whatever condition then tries to sell them for xxxxty prices. Save your time and money, go anywhere but here.
Was not interested in discussing pricing
Wanted to discuss the high price of a BMW that I was interested in purchasing.... they do respond quickly. But I was told if I couldn't afford it, to go buy a Honda
Complete lack of business ethics
Went to look at a used vehicle today. Offered very close to dealer price. Salesperson Sal stated " I'll get back to you Monday." On the way back home after talking it over with family, we decided to purchase at dealers price (not usual) 10 minutes after leaving. Left VM's and text saying we will buy car at their price right now, please contact me for immediate deposit and consider it sold to us. No response via phone or text. Almost 4 hrs. later, text received stated "too late, sold". No phone call, no interest in our deal, which we all figured was done. This is no way to run a dealership or transaction.
Dont waste your time
I was looking at a car that I thought they had priced in the middle of market value. In their ad they said "ALMOST LIKE NEW INSIDE OUT, SUPER CLEAN SUPER LUXURY, VERY WELL SERVICED, VERY WELL MAINTAINED" so in my mind there should be very little wrong with the car. I called them saying I wanted to take it for a test drive at 5:30 and they said great. When I got there, the car was in the corner of the lot and they had several cars parking it in. They claimed that they didn't have any dealer plates that day and that I should come back tomorrow. I was frustrated but I went back the next day and found the following wrong with the car: -Drivers seat controls did not work -Aftermarket headlight ballast with wires everywhere -Trunk Release button did not work -Rear tires near wear bars on tread (almost bald) None of these issues would be a deal breaker but they would not move on the price and would not fix ANY of these issues prior to sale. If they would have listed any of this stuff in the ad, then that would be fair but I feel that they are misleading customers. They also had a bed in their office which I thought was... interesting. Bottom line: Don't waste your time.
