Shady Time Wasters
Went in to test drive a car, have my mechanic check it out and apply for financing. I waited hours to hear back on financing and they were closed by the time I heard I didn't qualify by email. I called first thing in the morning and said I had cash and would be in that afternoon. I spoke with them three times that day to confirm that the car would be ready and confirm the total cost with fees, etc. because I was bringing cash. I got there at 2pm and the guy said the car was sold. I said yeah, to me and he said no, someone else just bought it. Very shady.
Bad business
Not a good place to buy shady , lemon cars for sale taking advantage of poor people they need to be sued, contact BBB , DMV investigators report bad business practices
Terrible
Absolutely terrible service, vehicles, and they straight lied to me. Cant believe one single word they say to you. Buyer seriously beware. Stay far away.
Do your homework before buying vehicles.
Remember that you are buying a USED vehicle as is with no warranty. Dealers are under no obligation to fix. European cars like VW and BMW are known to be unreliable and endless money pits. Do your research. If you want reliability and longevity look at Toyota and Honda.
Do not waste your money
we bought a car $4000 cash a 2009 VW Routan 148000 miles. I asked what they are willing to do about safety concerns. They stated it is not a Walmart you can not return a day after buying it and viewed via a trusted Mechanic (the same one for years) and saying the mechanic is trying to screw me. The states he will not charge me to install anything if i buy the parts. If should have never been able to leave the lot...due to safety. concerns. i was aware it might need work. But, no help from them and they are scammers. Even after looking to say struts are bad. and mention nothing else. It needs... Front Struts Front Sway Links Brakes and pads/rotors all around rear shocks out tie rods alignment motor mounts valve cover gaskets EGR valve.
worst service
Worst dealer ever, their cars are beat up really bad, they don’t fix them, and customer service is awful
Buyer Beware
They had a car that I was interested in for my wife. We needed a car to replace her old one. We went to check it out, I did a test drive and noticed the TPMS light on. Turned out to have a hole in the run flat tire. They wouldn't move on price. I bought the car anyway. Next thing was the seatbelt activator crapped out (1st day). They offered a new one from their junk yard. Took over a week, then I got a $100 comp to get a new one from BMW ($150) which I installed. Pay attention at this place, manager/salesman is friendly but really shifty and shady. I got a decent price on the car which we still have, but I had to put my money out and my labor. Make sure to thoroughly check the car before you buy from here. They don't do much of any cleaning on/in the cars either. You don't need to detail it, but at least vacuum it and wash the windows. They could have done better but I guess they just want to move cars as fast as they can.
Don't buy here
Worst experience ever. I bout an Infiniti FX 35 from here. It was garbage. Within the first week the alternator went out . The power steering starting humming it needed a rack an pinion. The wheel bearings were bad. It wasted $8,000 messing with these people. Very crooked people at this dealership he had my car parked across the street when I picked it up. What was that about? Don't spend your income tax refund with them or any of your hard earned money.
No response to multiple requests
I l left messages via phone and text, visited in person, never got a response or found a person to speak with. Seems very shady...
