growing pains
Ordered the car I wanted with the interior that I want. Salespersons very honest about how long I would have to wait for car. I told her what I wanted and the color and that they need make no attempt to get me to buy something I didn't want. There were no hassles or hidden fee, My only complaint is that they appear to be short on mechanics and service personal which can make your wait long,
BDC is losing this store money and customers
Inquired specifically about a vehicle they had listed. Member of their BDC(Business Distribution Center) team named Yesi reached out and claimed the vehicle was available and set up an appointment the next morning saying things like "can't wait to show you all the features this vehicle offers". Almost as if she was posing as a salesperson. She old us to ask for her upon arrival. Show up for appointment and met Yesi who immediately handed us off to an actual salesperson without briefing them of the conversations had the day before. After a series of questions not pertaining to the vehicle we specifically asked to see, our salesperson finally attempts to locate the vehicle but returns to desk to tell us it had been sold. He then said he was going to pull something else around for us even though we never asked to see anything else. Before he could get the vehicle pulled we fled the showroom and headed home. Very disrespectful of our time and inconsiderate to not even let us know the vehicle had been sold. Have a very strong feeling that Yesi never confirmed the availability of the vehicle before setting up our appointment. These kind of interactions are what give the car business a bad reputation. Do better Capital Kia
BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Was given multiple prices from multiple salesman on the same vehicle. One price was MSRP and one price was with a small 13K "Market Value Adjustment" I can only imagine the add ons and fees this car dealer would try to sneak in on your deal. Way to try to take advantage of people. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Price Gouging Dealership
Horrible dealership. Pam Lammkin from this business is selling vehicles for $10K over the advertised price on their website. Remember to never use price gouging dealers like this when the market settles down again.
Keep driving and find a different car dealer.
Found a Kia K5 GT-Line and inquired about it's availability. Talked to someone named "Pam" all morning, both texting and on the phone. Made an appointment for 3:00 that day to test drive it. She even texted me one last time on the long drive over to "ask for Pam" when we arrived. We drove almost an hour, showed up 45 minutes early and lo and behold "Pam" was gone for the weekend and so was the car. No courtesy text to even say the car was no longer available. That behavior is just rude and discourteous all around. I was informed by a sales person that the car was taken for the weekend by a manager. I figure either "Pam" knew someone personally that wanted the car and she quickly removed it from the lot so no customers could check it out or the employees regularly make a habit of driving any car they want around like its their own personal vehicle. Apparently it's hit or miss for actual customers to view and buy a car from this dealership that hasn't been used as a toy by the staff and driven like it's hot. Sketchy, dishonest business practices at best.
**BUYER BEWARE**
**BUYER BEWARE*** Bought a car, well thought I bought a car over a month ago but was contacted saying the bank is requiring I show 70 hours or I’ll have to return the car... I’ve been driving it since early March with no contract.. contacted a few other dealerships and they are just baffled by how this dealership is doing things. Especially leaving me think that everything was good to go and letting me leave that day in my new to me vehicle. They were given all the information they asked for up front. I decided to call the bank myself that was financing me and they told me that my income was totally fine the problem is the dealership told them I had more hours than what my paystubs were showing and that they would have to lower the payments to make it work. So not only did they submit wrong information they also lied to me. Now I’m having to pay an extra $250 down to fix their mess up and sign a new contract. Going into signing a new contract I had told them that I no longer needed their GAP coverage I was going to go through my insurance. I was told by the finance manager that it couldn’t me cancelled until everything was finalized. The finance bank doesn’t even require I have GAP. So to get more money out of me the GAP won’t be canceled until after but I’ll still be charged for it. What was suppose to be a exciting experience for me no longer is. I am so frustrated with this place and I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. The finance department is such a joke. I’ve been in customer service 9 years and they have Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Management doesn’t even return phone calls. Poor excuse of a business if you ask me.
Waste of time
Tried to purchase a car twice now. They cant tell me what part of it was wrecked, sales person wouldn't come out in the snow
Kept driving
Christmas Eve I went to the dealership with the intent to buy. It was raining and snowing the sales person wouldn't come outside. Kept driving.
Worked well with me on my trade in value.
Seemed to be well organized and washed my purchased in a timely manner. Took a test drive to see how vehicle handle at freeway speed.
