Outstanding Service Department! I have always used the Byers Toyota Service Department for the service and maintenance of my vehicle for years; however this is the first time I've written a review. For my most recent service delivery, Josh Lewis, couldn't have been more gracious, patient, empathic, and understanding in the execution and follow through of customer service. Top notch! Josh was consistent with his delivery of service/maintenance needs for my vehicle and the status of such. I have owned 5 Avalons and they have all been bought and serviced at Delawate Byers. My 2022 Highlander needed it's first servicing and I was going out of town. I called and asked for help. I was told no problem and an appointment was made that day.The service care for my vehicles have always been outstanding and this would be no exception. Gynnae Britton has been my go - to person. She comes out to explain what needs to be done. Then she and the mechanics proceed with the vehicle's care.

I have great long-term relationships with the Byers Toyota Dealership: leased and bought several different Toyota models. Yesterday was first 5-months service for my new 2022 Highlander Hybrid XLE Bronze Edition. Gynnae Britton was my Service Advisor and I am very satisfied with all attention and details communicated to me!

Lease experience great. Took early release promo to avoid turn in costs on previous lease. Paper work was quick and efficient (Josh) and sales staff was thorough and honest, and efficient( Adam). Always a good experience with Byers. We have been shopping with Nick Hedges for years and this time around we worked with Taylor. No problems with the price or vehicle this time around (last time they knocked $2k off the sticker price due to a discrepancy in the online posting) and the paperwork with the financial manager was quick and painless. Bonus: 3 free oil changes for this first year will be a nice perk on top of the powertrain warranty.

Buyers Beware!! They may show good prices online, but that is where the customer service stops. They are not willing to even fix small problems that should be resolved. The Camery we were looking at only came with one remote. They would not do anything to resolve the problem. They only said our prices are so low, we can't do anything. When I suggested a compromise and we both share the cost, they would not. I will take my business elsewhere even if it costs me more money.

I contacted Tara to get a quote to have mud flaps installed. I received the quote and Tara ordered the mud flaps. She also scheduled an appointment for me to have them installed. It took a little over an hour and a half but was wor th the wait. The mud flaps look great.

Easy, professional and courteous, the best way to describe my experience. First time buying a Toyota, as I have always owned GM products. Overly impressed all the way around!
