We have bought three Subaru's from Byers (2) outbacks and (1) crosstrek from Byers Dublin Subaru. We have always used same sales rep (Zack) outstanding rep!! But the reason for the 3 stars is POOR service. Getting the service mgr to call you back never happens, so after 3 weeks calling once a week and no return call, I called the dealership for the 4th time and left a message for the GM of the dealership two weeks ago and he has not gotten back to us. So, 10/26/21 I called and spoke with Zack our long time sales rep and he spent his time to get me information that hopefully will help us out. The problem is my wifes 2017 Outback Limited, she always gets oil changes and tires rotated at this dealership. The last time in they told her she will be needing new tires, she has 66 k miles on the car 90% rural this will be the 4th set of tires!!! seriously!!! It would be nice if this dealership had better service mgr and or GM. Pretty sure our next subaru will be bought at Germain.

Worked with a sales lady named Teresa. Totally felt like we were taking up her time. We took the car out for a test drive, came back and looked it over without her coming out to the vehicle and sharing main points of interest about the vehicle. Went back inside to talk more about my trade in options and while taking care of us (mind you I made an appointment so this was supposed to be "my" time) she started helping another customer. So she was always "away" getting papers or having someone run numbers. Anyway...I don't beg people to take my money especially when you are talking new car dollars. Probably what baffles me even more is she never called me back to follow up!!! Hey Teresa....I love my new Subaru Crosstreck I got from the nice "Attentive" dealer at Germain Subaru just down the road!! 100% would recommend them.
