Well Over a Decade (12.5 years and counting) of Five Stars Performance... Being from a maintenance background (from the age 10 years old)- small engines, vehicles, and study and worked on jet planes- I find taking my awesome 09 Hyundai Elantra to the dealerships’ Service Department provides me with exceptional value, peace of mind, and assurance that all maintenance or any servicing will be right on (to specs)- the first time for all visits to Bronco Motors on Fairview here in Boise. I am well assured that the Hyundai craftsmanship is always “right on” from the time from the factory, to making my appointment(s), checking in Team Advisors (Derick), the maintenance team, the wash and detail team, that all things are right with my Elantra and we always leave better than when I arrived. I feel like a VIP (Very Important Person) when I am greeted by the Bronco Motors Teams- from start to compilation of servicing. All 94,000 plus miles have been a true joy to have the pleasure to drive, hear and feel the base of the stereo, and the performance of my Elantras’ engine and suspense- is considered to meet and exceed the ideal and the highest standard of the best vehicle plus! My Elantra has always been there for me all these many miles/ years and one time in the shop- as a small “pit stop” to fix a minor item and I was back on the road ready to face any trip in town or tour of the countryside of Idaho and Pacific Northwest- I call home. Go Bronco Motors… Five Stars to you and your teams!!

Best experience with a Dealership, visited the website daily looking for an AWD vehicle. DeAngelo Norwood contacted us immediately with a model but it was the wrong color. Communicated another delivery was due and would contact us which he did and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He set us up to test drive the car and upon return, we processed paperwork and completed the transaction. Once done DeAngelo had the car prepared to deliver to us. Additionally, he set up our Bluelink and showed us how operate the electronics (will take a little time for us seniors to get comfortable with the electronics). Would highly recommend the dealership and especially DeAngelo to anyone looking for a vehicle and personal service.

I purchased my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in October and was told there was a recall on the ABS. I scheduled the service as soon as I could. I was assigned Andy as my service advisor. I brought my car in on 1-12-21 and met Andy. He immediately made me feel at ease with his concern about my vehicle. I asked if there would be time to do an oil change. He replied "of course!" He explained it would take about 90 minutes to do the recall portion of my service, then he'd get the oil change done. My appointment was at 7:30; I expected to be done around 10:00. At 9:30 he came to get me from the waiting area, telling me my car was finished! We walked to his desk and he reviewed everything that was done to my car, explaining some of the features of my vehicle I didn't know. I thanked him, and he explained the next service will be the 60,000 mile service and is highly recommended to be done. I told him I'd be back then, if not sooner. He walked me to the door, we shook hands, and I was on my way! Thank you Andy for taking such good care of me; I appreciate you!

Do not recommend service from this dealer
TLDR; don’t trust Bronco’s service dept with anything (not even their 100pt Silver Inspection) and don’t feel the need to give Grant or his management staff the “appreciation” they say they deserve if it’s unearned. My calls would be put on hold for 10+minutes, when we showed up they looked bored & couldn’t remember who we were, waited hours to swap out cars when it should’ve been 20min max, and we could hear them arguing in the office with the door open. I’m not going to say Grant was a saint with this situation, but I do put 95% of the incompetence on Bronco staff at the Fairview location. We had purchased from Bronco Motors years ago which is why we came back, their reputation as of 2021 is not holding up sadly.
