Bredemann Toyota/Scion

Picked up my 2022 rav4 today Dave Lurie was my salesperson and he was great to deal with he went through all the options on my car with me. Arnie Rowen the sales manager was fantastic he gave me a great deal both on my trade in and the purchase price of the new vehicle and last but not least Jack Prato in finance was also very nice to deal with walked me through the deal very throughly and made it quick and stress free will 100% be returning to this dealer to address any future needs for a vehicle.

Our salesperson, Syed, was both personable and professional throughout the process. He told me that he was optimistic that I could get a car in a few weeks. Sure enough, he called me the following week and was able to secure a car for me. I was especially pleased that Bredemann didn't try to take advantage of the competitive market by charging over MSRP or forcing me to buy anything I didn't need.

I don’t know why they bother scheduling appointments to do oil changes and then take over 2 hours to get it done. I have been doing my oil changes at this dealership for a few years and they always make you wait hours even when you have a scheduled time. I think the person in charge of scheduling at the dealership should be fired for incompetence. The next time I have to wait hours I will send a bill for my time wasted.

From the initial time walking in and talking with Mike Durante to dealing with the financial department Tran Nguyen. I only experienced true professionalism and they went above and beyond with buying this car. Was kept updated on its arrival, especially now with how COVID affected production plants. This was the second time we used Bredemann for a new car purchase.

Great to deal with this is the fifth car or truck that we have bought from them

Mirror on the passenger side of car was knocked loose from housing. Eddie Perez said they would do their best to repair it so as to not have to replace the whole mirror! And they did! They also reset the clock to the current time, which I find difficult to do! Service was very prompt!

Syed helped make my new Toyota corolla hybrid purchase swift and painless as possible. He was on-top of everything and made the experience excellent!
