WE ARE PLEASE WITH HER PERFORMANCE, ITS HARD TO FIND SALESPEOPLE LIKE THAT ANYMORE. AFTER WE FINISH THE PAPERWORK, PATSY TOOK US TO SEE THE VEHICLE AND AFTER INSPECTING IT, MY HUSBAND FOUND A SCRATCH ON IT, THE SALESPORTER ALBERTO TOOK CARE OF IT AND IT LOOK BRAND NEW AGAIN. Came in to order a new car, test drove the same model, and ended up buying that one on the spot - I wouldn’t have done that without the help of Dave Lurie and Mike Delaney. Both were great to work with, friendly, and efficient. Bredemann is by far the best Toyota dealership I’ve worked with in the last 10 years of driving a Toyota. They are reasonably priced and good people. I go out of my way from the city to get service at Bredemann and I look forward to continuing to do so with my new car!

Picked up my 2022 rav4 today Dave Lurie was my salesperson and he was great to deal with he went through all the options on my car with me. Arnie Rowen the sales manager was fantastic he gave me a great deal both on my trade in and the purchase price of the new vehicle and last but not least Jack Prato in finance was also very nice to deal with walked me through the deal very throughly and made it quick and stress free will 100% be returning to this dealer to address any future needs for a vehicle.

Our salesperson, Syed, was both personable and professional throughout the process. He told me that he was optimistic that I could get a car in a few weeks. Sure enough, he called me the following week and was able to secure a car for me. I was especially pleased that Bredemann didn't try to take advantage of the competitive market by charging over MSRP or forcing me to buy anything I didn't need.

I don’t know why they bother scheduling appointments to do oil changes and then take over 2 hours to get it done. I have been doing my oil changes at this dealership for a few years and they always make you wait hours even when you have a scheduled time. I think the person in charge of scheduling at the dealership should be fired for incompetence. The next time I have to wait hours I will send a bill for my time wasted.
