Went in for Scheduled Service for my Certified Preowned Honda Ridgeline. Service was done at no cost as per sales agreement and the Customer Service Rep rotated the tires free of charge as well. I am very satisfied with this service.

I was up in SC visiting my parents for New Years and on a whim decided to give Breakaway a call to see if they could get parts for my new 2022 Civic that I purchased down in FL. My own dealer is NOT shy about their prices. Neither are any of the other dealers in my area. Not only was Breakaway's parts/accessories pricing lower than the pricing I would have gotten in FL, but they added a discount ON TOP of it, meaning that I made out like a bandit. I ended up getting 5 different accessories for the Civic (one of them installed) and saved over $600 dollars. I called about the accessories in the afternoon and was directed to their website to place the order. The website wouldn't allow me to send the parts to the dealer (option with either invisible or not available on the web page for some reason), and Kelly at the parts counter very cordially told me she would order the parts herself and asked that I just come in and pay for them. They were delivered to the dealership and available for pickup by 9a the next morning. I also had them install door visors over the window while I was there. When I arrived, they very apologetically told me that they would not be able to get to my car until after noon (4 hour wait), but I told them that it wasn't a big deal, that I didn't have anything else to do, and that I brought my work from home with me to occupy my time. Well, they came back 15 minutes later and said that they bumped me up in the schedule, and another half hour or so, the car was ready to go. And again, I was surprised by the rate. You can't even get a dealer in FL to touch your car for under $90 dollars and Breakaway invoiced me for less than that as well. Very, very, very, very pleased with their team. Timely and polite. I'm genuinely jealous of what you locals get to enjoy. If the new car sales upstairs are fair (rather than price gouging like they are down here), Breakaway is definitely a killer.

I needed some work done on Friday, New Year’s Eve and couldn’t find anyone to do it that I felt comfortable with. So I called Breakaway, not expecting them to be able to service my vehicle until the following week. They not only took my car in, but made the necessary repairs required to get me back to work on the following Monday. They diagnosed issues that needed to be addressed and successfully performed the work quickly and efficiently.
