Bought a used car they claimed was free from accident. Yet took it to another dealer to look at and they provided me with the real carfax showing the accident. Called to discuss and too bad so sad. Liars!!! Do Not Go To Them!!

John Kelly and Warren Gregor are poor individuals

Pretty basic John Kelly said he would sell me a vehicle for an out the door price because I live out of town and when I call him back an hour later Warren answers the phone and says they're not going to honor that amount. The whole time I'm calling him back to give him my credit card to buy the xxxx car. Shady dishonest pieces of xxxx.

During the past 13 months our family has purchased 2 new SUV's from Brandon Nissan. Each buying experience exceeded our expectation. Our sales person was Warren Gregor. Warren demonstrated outstanding professionalism and great customer service. We will definitely consider Brandon Nissan on future vehicle purchases.

So I have a detailed text and email trail from John Kelly who I understand is manager of internet sales. I live in Port Charlotte so I made it perfectly clear. Don’t jerk me around. I was insured there was absolutely no way of that happening. So I drive 1 hour 45 minutes and then after the “appraiser” looked at it there was no way in xxxx that they were getting to the price we agreed. They called out 3 places one which was dirt. One very small door ding and one almost not noticeable scratch. Then they complained about the tires. I said you know how many mike exactly were on the car so you know what tread would be left. By the time we were down fighting and 3 people later I was told John Kelly was gonna have a rough couple days which we all know is total BS. This other guy said they could never ever got to that deal. I showed him the text and said you tell me what is going on. He said I’m not sure but I wouldn’t want to be him. The entire hour of being jerked around was nothing but a sham to get me in the door. This is why idiots like this are hated. I pray they never sell another car. The are epic liars. I challenge anyone to debate this. I have texts and emails that show everything that was said. They suck. Stay far far away unless you want to get screwed.
