I went to the dealer to buy a car and I met with Abdul. I found an Infiniti QX80, Abdul told me all about the car, including that the car had a bumper to bumper warranty. I saw a charge of $900 on his list and he explained that it was for the car inspection to ensure the car was able to be sold. As soon as I got home, a warning sign came on the dashboard. I texted Abdul and he said it was not a problem since the car had a warranty. I was going to take the car back to dealer to have it washed because it smelled funny, I scheduled the service but when I got there I was told they could not service the car because it was under the warranty so I had to take to Infiniti. When I got to Infiniti, I was told it was going to cost $3800 to fix the sensor. I enquired about the warranty and was told the bumper had been changed so the warranty was not going to cover it. I went back to the dealer and they agreed to change the bracket that held the sensor but they could not honor the warranty which led to a fight with Infiniti. I was dumbfounded that I just bought a car that cost more than $50k without a warranty. After fighting with the GM, they offer me an Armada for $7k more than I owe on the car. I am absolutely disgusted with that dealer. They are the typical used car salesmen. LIARS AND CROOKS! The pictures show what the car looks like underneath. The $900 charge was for what? UNDERHANDED DEALINGS

We called Ashley at 6 p.m. for a used Hyundai Veloster, and it was available. Made a 9 a.m. appointment for the next morning. We were going to buy the car for my son. She NEVER let us know that we could leave a deposit. The next morning we are 10 minutes away and Ashley called and said that the car was SOLD!! We drove 1 hour! The managers could care less and they said it's too bad, car was sold. Rude, uncaring and uninterested in our story. Told me it was my fault for not leaving a deposit. I was never told that we could although Ashley knew we wanted that car. My sons heart was broken because of an employee who didn't know what they were doing. She was Rude! Then she was a smart-xxx and said that she would pray for us in a VERY DISRESPECTFUL WAY. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING USING SCARE TACTICS

I am absolutely livid and on the phone to file a complaint with Nissan corp. I did not buy my Pathfinder at this dealership but have had it serviced there. I received a mailing from Brandon Nissan saying "This notification letter is sent to you in accordance with vehicle notification standards and requirements of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Nissan has determined there may be a recall which relates to your motor vehicle's safety and operation..." So I look up my vin and it says my truck is not a part of any recall but I call anyway and speak to Ashley Tucker. I specifically tell her that I have already checked the vin and question whether or not some hidden sales technique. She said absolutely not and that my truck needed to be looked at to see IF it was part of the recall. So my husband and I take off of work to get there and of course the service department confirms that there is no recall. I go to speak to Ashley who then brings over a Sales Manager by the name of Tim DaSilva to ask if I wasn't interested in trading up. I just about blow my top and he proceeds to say its not his fault and walk away while I was still speaking. Ashley could have cared less either that she scammed us into wasting our time. DO NOT go there. Everything about this interaction lacked any dignity, accuracy and empathy for me as a client.

Easy Buying Experience

The buying process was easy and straight forward. I felt as if they were open and honest about my trade in and purchase based off the research I did before arriving. I did hear a few complaints from other customers while I was there but to me it seemed as if their requests were not feasible and the manager was being honest with them.

Took my exwifes brand new honda civic I bought her which she was not happy with and sold her a Nissan maxima with a 600 plus monthy payment. CROOKS! Avoid this dealership!!!

Had to return the next day to get another fob, etc

Had to drive back the next day to get the second key fob. No windshield fluid in the car when purchased. Salesperson did not know what he was doing. We were told, "There is a full tank of gas in the vehicle." I guess that is what a needle on 3/4 looks like to them.

Nissan Brandon - Beware of hidden charges!!!!

I recently purchased my leased car (3 yr lease) after my contract ended. I was charged with inspection fee $375. There was no inspection done and it was not deemed necessary for I am purchasing the car of which I have been driving for 3 years. BEWARE!!! for other charges.

Dishonest Dealer!

The advertised price for the truck I was interested in was $26,800. I clicked on the “best internet price” button and received a quote of $26,750...not much but slightly lower than offered. Anyway, after test driving and sitting down with the salesman, suddenly the price is $33k with a “markdown” to $28,900! Wait, so the price when I walk into the dealership is totally different than advertised?? FALSE ADVERTISING, folks. To make it worse, they wanted to tack on reconditioning fees of $1k when the vehicle had a huge dent in the back of the tailgate, and the console was missing cup holders! What exactly does reconditioned mean? Excluding my trade details, these people were essentially trying to sell the truck for about $6k higher than advertised when considering the markdown/markup, reconditioning fees, and grossly overpriced dealer fees. If this is standard protocol, I’ll just buy private party next time.

Indecent and shady dealer!!!

I had a terrible experience at this dealer to say the least. I drove 2 hours to buy a preowned certified car after going over all the details over the phone. When I got there, the salesman told me that the advertised price was only new grads or active servicemen (there was no fine prints on cars.com). The real price was $2000 more expensive. When I got up to leave, they dropped the price to the advertised price. This did however add $1000 dealer fee (excessive) and another $1000 cleaning and detailing the car. They also said that they would not sell the car to the other buyer that was coming that evening and would give to me only if I finance through them. Needless to say, I refused to be forced and I walked out. This indecency was all done by the sales manager. The salesman, Otto seemed to be helpless.

Everyone dreads buying a car, but at this place they do the best they can to make it go quickly and smoothly. It was a pleasure working with them, especially Shaw in the Finance department. He explained everything well (expected) but he also didn't make us feel pressured or rushed which my entire family appreciated. We now have a reliable car and I'm so thankful.
