Terrible Internet Manager
Made an inquiry on their website and was contacted by an "internet sales manager" - after using their "Build my deal" option on their website, I received a print out for a Pathfinder Platinum. The Internet manager started to become arrogant on the phone. I asked for his General managers name, he said it was Jafaar. I asked for his name after he already mentioned it to me at the beginning of the call, the name he used after I asked for the General Manager was Mickey. Thankfully my wife was taking notes and heard his name was Matt Housefield. NOT the Disney character names he started presenting. Completely unprofessional, not sure if "Internet Manager" is a title they give to everyone who deals with internet inquiry's but definitely shouldn't be the type of person you allow to represent your brand.

I wish i could give them zero stars. I worked With George Nieto when selling my car outright. George was extremely unprofessional and rude, flaunting how much money he makes, calling me "bro" and "you a clown". After we had a deal in writing he lied and said his GM backed out on his word and that he would pay out of pocket which was a complete lie and the GM remedied it. I wouldn't trust him with anything, especially such a large financial decision. After his combative unprofessional completely disrespectful behavior i would NEVER recommend coming to this dealer if you want to be treated decently. There's people in this world that deserve your business but con artists and liars do not.

Don't Buy from Nissan of Brandon
We bought a used vehicle from Nissan of Brandon (FL), and the only reason we give them a one-star rating is because zero star isn't available. We had the financing arranged with our bank, so all we had to do was pick up the vehicle. I called the salesman the day before and said we would be there when they opened at 9:30 a.m., and he assured me that the vehicle would be ready, that they would "detail" it at 9:00. The next morning, I get a text from the salesman at 9:25, asking what time we were planning to come by to pick the car up! By that time, we were sitting in the parking lot. After no apology from him, he said the vehicle would be ready shortly. Lie. After 45 minutes, the vehicle still wasn't there, so I went in to find out what the delay was. No managers were in yet, and after another 15 minutes, they brought the vehicle out. The wrong license plate was on it, the temp tag stuffed in the glovebox, and all they did to "detail"it it appeared was to wash the dust off. Later, I did my own detailing. they had done nothing to the interior, and no exterior trim dressing had been applied, nor any kind of clean-up to the engine compartment. We never received any kind of follow-up as to service received, all we received was the registration sticker in the mail a week or so later. Now I know why they don't send out reviews!
I called about a new Nissan Titan. They will not honor their online prices. When I asked about qualifying for incentives, the Sales lady asked if I was in the military. Later, they emailed a price. The price was around $8,000 higher. The $46k truck was now $54k .They said that I didn't qualify for all incentives. The saleswoman said she told me I might not! She was snide when said that the internet site explained that. I had told her in the beginning of our conversation that I wouldn't pay a bunch of ridiculous fees. In addition to the $8k, they added $1,495 for "protection package". Doc fee was $998 And they had a $615 fee and another $250 fee. Do not try to do internet business with them. They kept trying to get me to drive there without sending me a deal sheet. They wasted 2 hours of my time and insult my intelligence. Their price was well above average. They kept trying to get me to counter offer. They like to add exorbitant fees and raise the price before negotiating. You Could talk them down $5k and you'd still be paying thousands more than their original price. These people are not honest or reasonable.
This place is filled with snakes and con artists. Brought my Nissan NV200 to have three things done. Fix the rear left sliding door lock that had a broken cable, install a rear view mirror and fix an airbag sensor that is a recall item. They tried charging me $581 to replace the entire lock and handle when the cable cost $60 to replace, and then broke the panel clips during inspection of the door lock and charged me for them. They refused to replace the passenger side airbag sensor which is a recall item on this year vehicle but not my vehicle apparently, even though the car has never been in an accident. So now I am dealing with Nissan USA and doubt that ever gets resolved. As an FYI, the sensor goes under the front seat, and costs $39 but they wanted $480 for parts and labor. In the end, they charged me $196 for installing a mirror that I brought in. Three screws was all it took to install it. A bunch of thieves, crooks, and con artists. These people are vultures with no conscience. Save yourself the pain.
We were looking for a Nissan Rogue with a moon roof and we’re limited on time to purchase. Typically we do our business in Orlando at an awesome local dealer (Bill Ray Nissan). But they didn’t have the one we were looking for so we negotiated price and came to an agreement. We drive 1hr45 min to them on our 6 year old birthday to find out the moon roof was broken and instead of the vehicle having 19k miles as listed, it had 40k. We were pretty annoyed and the “GM” as he stated in the text Jose Rivera was not helpful at all. The nice sales guy showed us a few other vehicles and said they would take care of us since we drive all that way and they made a mistake. We found a vehicle we liked and online it was listed for 16k. They came back with numbers listing the price of the vehicle without Tax and Tag at 23k. Absolute BS. I showed them their site and told them our bottom line price. They adjusted the numbers some but then added extra fees to keep it high and didn’t come off their vehicle list price at all. Take care of us? They did the complete opposite. I would never trust this dealership and would not recommend any friends/ family / or any Facebook people to do business with them. They are the definition of a sleazy car dealership.

They completely robbed a loyal customer. I will never do business here again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. xxxxing crooks. I now owe 10,000 plus dollar for a car that's constantly breaking down. Now they want me to pay 5,000 for a new transmission, I only had the car for 10 months. Do not deal with Tucker
I went to the dealer to buy a car and I met with Abdul. I found an Infiniti QX80, Abdul told me all about the car, including that the car had a bumper to bumper warranty. I saw a charge of $900 on his list and he explained that it was for the car inspection to ensure the car was able to be sold. As soon as I got home, a warning sign came on the dashboard. I texted Abdul and he said it was not a problem since the car had a warranty. I was going to take the car back to dealer to have it washed because it smelled funny, I scheduled the service but when I got there I was told they could not service the car because it was under the warranty so I had to take to Infiniti. When I got to Infiniti, I was told it was going to cost $3800 to fix the sensor. I enquired about the warranty and was told the bumper had been changed so the warranty was not going to cover it. I went back to the dealer and they agreed to change the bracket that held the sensor but they could not honor the warranty which led to a fight with Infiniti. I was dumbfounded that I just bought a car that cost more than $50k without a warranty. After fighting with the GM, they offer me an Armada for $7k more than I owe on the car. I am absolutely disgusted with that dealer. They are the typical used car salesmen. LIARS AND CROOKS! The pictures show what the car looks like underneath. The $900 charge was for what? We called Ashley at 6 p.m. for a used Hyundai Veloster, and it was available. Made a 9 a.m. appointment for the next morning. We were going to buy the car for my son. She NEVER let us know that we could leave a deposit. The next morning we are 10 minutes away and Ashley called and said that the car was SOLD!! We drove 1 hour! The managers could care less and they said it's too bad, car was sold. Rude, uncaring and uninterested in our story. Told me it was my fault for not leaving a deposit. I was never told that we could although Ashley knew we wanted that car. My sons heart was broken because of an employee who didn't know what they were doing. She was Rude! Then she was a smart-xxx and said that she would pray for us in a VERY DISRESPECTFUL WAY. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
