I found a Lincoln MKX online but it was 8.5 hours away! We purchased it without even seeing the vehicle in person due to Drew's excellent customer service and upfront and honest descriptions. He even went a step above and checked all the very specific questions I had himself (ex. Do the seats lay back easily? Do all steering wheel controls work? etc...)! Communication was so easy and he was beyond helpful and wonderful to work with. When it came for financing the process was easy and speedy and we got the best deal available! They even arranged to meet us half way so we didn't have to make the full 8.5 hour drive. Easiest car buying experience we have had!! Completely recommend!
