Cameron kajer called me on June 4 and asked me about buying my 2005 Chevy Malibu, he said that he was willing to pay me top dollar. I asked him to give me a estimate of what he mean by top dollar, he put me on hold to ask his manager or whoever and came back to the phone and said the estimate was from $1000 to $2000. I informed him that I didn’t want to trade or buy a new vehicle, I was only trying to sell. Well I went In today to sell my car and they only offer me $500. It was very unprofessional how they lured me in and low balled me. After I told him and a female name hayden that I was only selling. I asked her how long was this procedure going to take and she said 1 to 2 hours for them to look at the car. Well they only looked at the mileage, vin, and license plate, never checked it out. Wasted my time and gas going out there, when I clearly told Cameron I was not buying or trading. Mind you, he even asked for mileage over the phone when he gave me an estimate. Will never do business with them and I advice to people to be warned if they call to try to buy a car from you.

I bought a 2022 Nissan Sentre. I highly recommend Bosak Nissan. It took time to agree on a price with them. Nick Bosak was awesome!! I love my new car & I got a fantastic deal!! Thank you everyone that helped me close my deal!!

Returning customer, sales staff was great. Once the sale was complete, the desire to take care of the customer dropped considerably. Within a few days of my purchase i noticed a decent oil leak from my vehicle. Took a few days to get it back in there due to work and snow storms. When they inspected the vehicle, it was confirmed my rear main seal needed replaced and wanted me to pay $1050. I was told it's an "as is" sale and "this happens sometimes when buying a used vehicle." I understand to a certain point but this leak didnt just happen the day i drove off the lot. Willingness to accommodate or work with the customer seems to be a constant struggle. As for now I will not be returning for another purchase and will continue to warn others about the treatment i received from this location.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOSAK NISSAN!! I had a horrible experience with them. They are all jerks… from the service department, all the way up to the salesmen and sales manager. I bought a Used- Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle on a Monday. I took delivery the same week, on Thursday. I realized when I got home that the side view mirrors were not working. I took the vehicle back the very next day, on Friday (less than 24 hours from when I took delivery), only to be told that the power switch was not working, and the cost would be $240 to fix!! What happened to the vehicle being certified, and undergoing Nissan’s 167-points inspection?? I guess the side view mirrors are not a part of Nissan's 167- points inspection. The salesman I worked with even had the audacity to compare the used car purchase I made with a used car purchase he made… well I am sorry Mr. Allen Long, your $4,000 used car purchase does not compare to my $24,000 used car purchase that I will be paying for over the next 6 years. If Bosak Nissan is not willing to come out of pocket for $240/$180 dealer price, I really must question what else is wrong with the vehicle they sold me.

Bosak Nissan did a great job. Mike Walsh did a great job reaching out to me by email and informing me about the vehicle I was interested in. James Dye did an excellent job informing us about the history of the jeep and working with us on the price and the payment. The gentleman that guided us through the paperwork also did a great job.

June 2020 visited this dealership (Bosak Nissan) and found it very clean and staff very friendly, but it does not close the deal for me. Buyer beware of the fact they don't provide loaners and not too sure they provide shuttle service either. If your vehicle breaks down and need a tow to dealership is at your cost. I contacted 3 other local Nissan Dealers and all would provide loaners or shuttle rides and free towing. During the negotiations I seen 2 unusual charges totaling $1224. This was to cover dealership's insurance and destination fee. Again, the 3 local dealers never heard of such charges for insurance and destination. The finale was the low trade in value offered on my vehicle. My vehicle had 1800 miles and 3.6 years full warranty left and vehicle was better then new looking condition. I would not recommend this dealership due to no loaner or towing and low balling trade-in values. I will say the sales manager had claimed error was made on vehicles advertised price and agreed to allow me the weekend to decided. After the weekend price would be increased $3890. This is either a positive offer or was it a sells tactic. I will not buy due to $1500 too low on trade-in, no free loaners during warranty period repairs and having to pay for the dealerships ins. and msrp stated delivery charge.

As you can see it is now 01/29/2022 and Dealership never attempted to contact me or write a rebuttal to this review. Another thing learned was the Nissan Leaf's warranty will be terminated if the original titled owner sells or trades in the Leaf within first six (6) months. Maybe this has changed, but check it out and be sure if you buy a less than six (6) month old leaf.

We purchased a used vehicle this weekend from Bosak Nissan in Burns Harbor, IN. Once Monday approached, the transmission blew out that quick. We purchased from this auto dealer trusting that their vehicles were well inspected. I only had it for 2 days and they say can’t do nothing for you. They sold this vehicle to a RN and I had never felt so disrespected. During my job as a RN, I had always put my patients as my first priority giving them the best possible care because in the hospital every patient was seen to me as very own family, even if it could have been at any time any of the Bosak team. I always gave all my patients all the care, honor and respect that they clearly deserved. Here at Bosak Nissan, as their job, I was clearly given the contrary. Putting this out there so no one gets disrespected and ripped off like I did. I will never recommend Bosak Nissan to any of my Healthcare team/Surgeons/ Physicians: ANYONE! There was no honor and respect to me, it’s now as if you disrespect us all FIRST RESPONDERS/NURSES/DOCTORS/HEALTHCARE TEAM! PROUD TO BE A NURSE !!!!!

We purchased a used vehicle on the night of May 15th with Bosak Nissan in Burns Harbor, IN. Once Monday the 18th of May approached, the transmission blew out that quick.
