Had a very smooth experience buying a brand new Mazda CX-5. Derrick, my sales associate, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was instrumental in making this a very positive car buying experience. All the staff I encountered was friendly and the dealership has a great inventory of vehicles. I am so happy with my Mazda! If you are need of a quality vehicle, go see Derrick at Boniface Heirs Mazda!

My truck Broke down- It had to be towed to the dealership. From Cocoa... I was referred to them for Diagnosis. I made an appointment for diagnosis & I spoke with Trey, explaining the situation and that I needed my vehicle as soon as possible. I gave them day and a half to look at my vehicle.. never receiving an update or a phone call one from the service department. Then, I called several times leaving many voicemails but could not get a return call. When I finally reached him, I was informed he could not look at my truck for several more days. Hence the no return call. This should have been information that he shared with me on the day I made the appointment, after speaking with him in length over the situation.. So what's the purpose of making an appointment if it takes a week for your vehicle to be looked at. They should have shared that immediately with me I would have made other arrangements. I understand the not wanting to lose the work. But someone should have let me know they could not look at my vehicle for several days. I'm sure their sales department is great 👍 but I'm not so impressed with the service dept. They should have been upfront with me about the fact they were backed up for a week. Lesson learned.. ask specific questions as to how long before your vehicle will be serviced, or even diagnosed, It requires them commit to a specific time.. if I had known it would be a week before they could diagnose / service my truck it would have never ended up at that Dealership. I had it towed somewhere else on the third day. I'm still confused by making the appointment and my vehicle never being looked at? The purpose of the appointment is..???? It's a beautiful dealership ! it just lacks some customer service skills that's all..

Went to perform manufacturer scheduled maintenance on my vehicle and discovered an abnormally faulty part. Went to NHTSA on a whim to see if this was documented which it was in both a Mazda TSB and a recall. Brought it into the dealership to have them look at it and they told me they can't find anything wrong. There is clearly something wrong if they ever even looked at it, and there are literally a Mazda TSB and recall which applies to this exact issue. When I brought up the TSB and recall they said because I took a wheel off my vehicle I voided the warranty lol. I don't know if it's a lack of concern for customer safety or just arrogance but the way this dealership is representing Mazda is pitiful. I bought Japanese for reliability and the experience I've had with other Japanese manufacturer's after sales support was leagues ahead of what I experienced at Boniface Hiers. They've turned me off to the point where I paid out of pocket to fix the issue myself, sold my Mazda, will never buy another Mazda, and went next door to Porsche and went German this time around. Good riddance.

Just leased my first brand new car through Michael Durkin. He did everything possible for me to be able to take the plunge and go for it! Definitely recommend him. He showed me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. And even if I still have questions no matter what time he answers them for me. Great guy!

Service department and technicians are either grossly incompetent or intentionally ripping people off. I have done all of my service there on time plus extra services as they provide them. My year old car’s start button started flashing. When I brought it in for service they tore apart my dash to inspect the start button itself and determined it failed because of my e cigarette therefore saying it isn’t covered under warranty and I have to pay for their labor to diagnose the flashing light. They offered to replace it for a charge of more than $300. A quick google search showed that start button flashes when there’s inadequate power to the vehicle (battery or alternator failure). They assured me that my battery was perfect (after they put it on the charger I found out later). I let it go knowing my battery was most likely going to quit on me. Sure enough a month and a half later I am calling road side assistance to jump me. I went to the auto parts store to get a new battery to get to work and after replacing the battery ...THE START BUTTON STOPPED FLASHING!!!! The battery was swollen and leaking from the acid cap. Imagine that. On top of that they had the audacity to tell me I should have brought it to them because my battery was covered under warranty and they can’t reimburse me nor would they reimburse me for the improper diagnosis of e-cigarette killed your new car. Trae (the service advisor) smirked as he said “well you should have brought it in to us instead”. Now I will be doing my own service instead paying $100 for an oil change at a business that goes out of its way not to honor the manufacture or their own “lifetime” warranty.

As a 74-year-old woman shopping for an auto "solo" for the first time in my life, I was anticipating being bombarded by a "hard-sell" sales pitch. To the contrary, I was treated with patience and respect by my salesperson, Marcia Ramos, Frank Liquori, and Steve Jaikissoon, who made the experience informative and stress free. Marcia is an extremely patient, knowledgeable, and caring young lady who has answered my many phone calls and walked me through the learning process associated with acclimating to the new operational system of my CX-5. The sales person Jon was very good, friendly and helped bridge the buyer to the Boniface management. Outside of Jon it was not good at all!! Be aware of their tactics. Had a deal set up through Text as I was working and not able to visit the location after an initial test drive. I thought the deal was good (your word is your bond, or your text is your bond). Getting ready to visit the location and close on the deal a day or two later on the weekend, but was informed someone was there at that moment and purchased the vehicle. Company integrity at its worse! The vehicle sold from under me, even though I have a deal via text. I will not work with this company again. In the end I got a better vehicle at a better price elsewhere.

This was my first time at this dealership because I just moved to the area. I came there for routine maintenance service. Leigh greeted me with a beautiful smile and very friendly personality. She kept me informed about the status of my car throughout my visit, and answerd any questions I had. She was very helpful throughout the process, and made sure I was satisfied with my service. I truly appreciate that. She is a wonderful person!
