Total bait and switch. Put money down to hold a car in transit. Kept asking for final numbers. When final numbers finally came - they jacked up MSRP by 4 grand and reneged on everything they sent me prior including trade value, cap cost reduction.......RUN AWAY!

I do not recommend this dealership! The salesman who sold me my 2020 Jeep Renegade was very nice, but it ends there. The service department is horrible! After the purchase of a new vehicle the service department becomes the real test of a dealership, and they failed miserably. You can never speak to them! You'll have to wait over 20 minutes on the phone, and they still won't answer. When you finally get someone from service you get yelled at. I gave up with service dept and contacted corporate they assigned a case manager to help me with this lousy dealership. Corporate for Chrysler is excellent. I highly recommend a jeep product, just buy it somewhere else. I am 64 and a disabled First Responder. I suffered a brain injury in the line of duty. That is another issue. I would encourage disabled veterans and disabled First Responder to stay away from this place. I don't think that our service and sacrifice means anything to these people, except for our money. Just stay away from this place.

Never Going Back

Just left the service Dept. They performed warranty compliance work and had my Jeep GC in the service bay for less than 1 hour. When they gave me the bill - they charged me $332 for labor. (One hour in shop) Tried to tell me they had several technicians working on the vehicle; then they changed the story to they charge “menu” hours for labor. In addition to the $332 for labor they also charged me $97 for parts and another $30 for miscellaneous. My total bill for less than one hour in their service bay came to $481.41 It’s a rip off and a scam. They have lost me as a customer after nearly 15 years.

Worse Experience Ever

I was told a mercedes S550 was in pristine condition. I talked to salesman for 2 weeks. I drove 2hrs to get to dealership. Once I arrived the condition of vehicle was a Lie. The Trunk wouldn't let up, The power steering was whining everytime you turn, the motor was idling up and down. This info was told to sales manager he stated that we got car at a discount it is what it is. The sales manager never even stepped out to meet me or apologize. This was worse experience I have ever had with a dealership. I'm pleading with you stay away from this place

Wasted of my time

Josh McCoy and his sales manager wasted my time. I made an offer to but a 2010 Honda CR-V (red) and the inexperienced boy left the office three times simply to show up with an invoice for the same price as it was posted. They really wasted mi time, gas, mileage on the car to walk away with nothing. Josh was nice however his manager shouldn't be the kind of professional running that business. When I walked through that door and Josh greeted me, the first thing I said was "please do not make me waste my time if you are not willing to negotiate that price". By the way CASH means nothing to this people. Why asking for my credit??? I didn't go there to finance anything but to drop my CASH. Believe me, I will share my experience with many others. Boniface Hiers you lost my business because of these.

The offer you made was about half of the value of the vehicle. The car was listed for $10,995 and you offered $7,000 out the door. We do thank you for the opportunity to work with you, but we had to pass on that offer. We make every effort to make every deal, but this didn't make sense for us.
