From the start when my vehicle arrived to when I decided
From the start when my vehicle arrived to when I decided to pull my vehicle from this dealership this has been the worst experience regarding warranty work. Service advisor openly admits to my car sitting a week never being looked at as they got confused with another vehicle(words from Greg an advisor), to misdiagnosing my vehicle and claiming to order parts but never doing so. To top it all off no one has ever kept me updated and was told by the Service manger Matt that if I don't want to wait for my car then I can come and pick it up. I have not seen my car in over a month due to the lack of initiative and now that I have Contacted Corp VW they are saying they cant figure out the issue with my vehicle and ready to put it back on the road till something fails. I have attempted to contact this dealership multiple times with no call backs or follow ups. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. FIND A DIFFERENT VW TO GO TO. Update 5/14/22 Service Manager and GM of This location no longer work here. After speaking with the new GM Jerry and his promise to call me back and work with me, I have been Ghosted. Cooperate VW told me there is nothing they can do. How sad is it a dealership gives you back a car that is worse then when you brought it in. also My Vehicle is still making noise I brought it in for on March 1st and when I went to get a 2nd option at another VW, This one one is Gurnee told me they damaged it. What a JOKE. I plan to trade this car in and never purchase a VW again. they do not honor their own warranty . fyi my 2019 atlas has less then 17k on it.

Purchased a vehicle and was asked to bring it in for
Purchased a vehicle and was asked to bring it in for dealer service after having it for a day so they could do initial body work. 3 weeks later no car and no loaner. My daughter has lost her job and it is too late to cancel the deal and get my trade back.

Very straightforward handling of the deal - I had a specific vehicle in mind, was able to agree price beforehand, and took delivery with no issues. The final financing stage took longer than needed due to short staffing but was otherwise straightforward
