Showed me the wrong vehicle. Service department not super professional. Sales manager fired a day after I purchased my vehicle. Price quoted was not full price after they told me about all the great things they had already added to the car. Upfront pricing and sales people that understand which vehicle they are selling you would be welcome. I think I will buy from CarMax next time.

Customer service was ok, but the service provided is not worth of the money. Most of the services are more expensive than other Volkswagen dealers and didn’t complete the what they supposed to do.

I have been coming to this dealer for years now.
I have been coming to this dealer for years now. The last couple of times they haven’t been much help. I went in for service and they didn’t work on what I came in for. I have also been waiting for a part to arrive since January, I have asked for a rental, since driving around without a clock spring is dangerous. They won’t give me a rental. I will not be returning to this dealer again.
