1) The car sales manager and finance people with try their hardest to screw you over. Donell and Ray are the most untrustworthy people I have ever met. They both tried to lie and con me into adding an extra $8000 to the price of my Jeep for things I didn’t want. Told me I was required to get GAP and extended warranty or they couldn’t finance the Jeep. Needless to say, that wasn’t true because after walking out on him, Donell chased me outside begging me not to leave and sold me the Jeep without them both. After it was all said and done, they still snuck some pain protection and alarm system in without my knowledge. The Lying finance guy told me that I wasn’t being charged for either one. I definitely was. And after all this their manager, Buck, gave me 3 free oil changes in return for the trouble his people caused. Very impressive Buck, you did the very least anyone could do, which let’s me know you’re in in their scammy sales ethics. 2) The automotive service mechanics are incompetent. Installed a steering stabilizer backwards when there is clearly an arrow pointing to the front of the Jeep on it. 3) Their internet price does not include their “mandator” bs that their sales managers don’t even know how to explain. I was told I’m getting charged an extra $1500 for floor mats, a window tint, and nitrogen in my tires. Save yourself the time and stress, find a better dealership, and avoid this one at all cost. Yours truly, a 22 year old that they tried to take advantage of and screw me out of THOUSANDS.
Unprofessional and unorganized Service Department
Took my 2019 RAM 1500 Limited in on Nov 6th because my mirrors were needing repair plus there was a minor recall due. They checked my mirrors and after two hours said they would have to order parts. Ok. Waited for them to give me the paperwork so I could leave. The advisor said he will get it after he has a smoke. He told me my parts would be in the first part of next week. A few days later I get a text telling me I had missed my appointment. What? Thursday comes around and no call. I call them and he says "oh yeah, those are here". So I set up an appointment for the next Tuesday, 9am. Today I took in my truck for my 9am appointment. Arrived at 8:45. An Advisor checks me in, I give them my keys and I wait for someone to give me a ride. Five hours later I had a friend drop me off to pick it up. I walk in and the Advisor that checked me in said yeah they were pulling it around and they have the paperwork. Go inside to wait. While waiting that Advisor checked with me again about my truck. Then the supervisor comes in and gets information from me. Then another guy comes in and says "are they still looking for your truck?". What? How do you lose a truck. Well, it turns out the Advisor did write my info down but didn't get it put into the computer. So, my truck was sitting in the service area for all that time with not one thing done on it!!! Never have I had this type of service. I've been to Dodge Dealerships in Texas, Georgia, and Alabama. This Oklahoma dealership is the worst. Very unprofessional, unorganized dealership I've ever done business with. Now I have to make sure they release the parts they ordered for my truck so a dealership in Alabama can fix. Never, Never let this dealership touch your vehicle!!!

They took great care of us and Journey. My only critique...they informed me that it may take several hours to finish the job requirements. I made arrangements in case I was without a vehicle for the day. However, they did not let me know they were closing and hadn't finished. It was ok because I prepared for such a scenario.

The team of Sami, Madi and Erin did an outstanding job in putting me in the RAM BIGHORN that I was wanting. Other dealers tried to tell me that a 2500 Bighorn 4X4 with 8' box was not available, Sami located a RAM that was the color and options of my choice out of state. Great team that will make it happen.. I drove 4 hours from Western Oklahoma to purchase my truck from Sami and Madi at BH CJDR.
*Buyer beware lies and illegal selling practices*
They had a vehicle advertised for $23,700 and I drove all the way there and looked at the vehicle, test drove it etc.. Went in to make a deal and they inform me that they had it listed for the wrong price and it should be 26k. The salesman said they would honor the price right here and now since it was advertised at 23,700, but it would raise if I didn't buy it. Thought it was a sales tactic not to lower the price any further so I thought ok whatever and as I tried to proceed with the sale the "sales manager" came in to say they would not honor the price and that it was 26k now. He even creepily walked over and took MY carfax papers away from me as I assume he thought they showed the advertised price of 23,700. He said they have only had the car for 7 days so that explains the mishap......Even though I pulled the vehicle back up on cars.Com right then on my phone to see that they had just now in the last few minutes changed the price because of my visit (I checked the app before I left to head to the dealership to make sure the vehicle was still available and the price was 23,700) so obviously it's a very easy mistake to fix and there is no excuse, but thier error so they should of honored the price and taken ownership of the mistake! So I asked him if knew what it's called when you advertise a price to bring in a customer and then change it absolute last minute. He said no what? So avoid this bait and switch dealership. Let's face it if you are shopping preowned they all pretty much have the same vehicles available so don't bother going here. Save your time and gas money and settle for a dealership that at the very least doesn't participate in illegal selling practices like Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram does. They then lied replying to my review on here that they were gonna honor the price but I countered with 23k, lies lies lies, BEFORE they saw the price was wrong I asked if they would do 23, down from 23,700. He left to go ask the manager and that's when they found the price was wrong! After that I said I was fine with 23,700 and he wouldn't honor it. The lies and manipulation in the response to this review just prove the dealership is crooked. After they said the price was wrong I didnt counter anything I was at 23,700 and they took the offer away, why did you take my carfax papers away then sir? Lies lies lies

As our used car manager showed upon your arrival here, our website had the car listed correctly but the other website did not. We did apologize and understand your frustration for this happening. We did offer to honor the internet price as we felt that was the right thing, but you countered back at $23,000 out the door which was even lower than the price that was incorrectly priced. We politely declined your offer and said we cannot sell the vehicle for your offer. We also showed you exactly what we owned the vehicle for and let you know that we would be correcting the price to reflect the correct price as soon as possible. I again apologize that this happened.
Unorganized service department
3rd time having my Jeep Wrangler serviced here since I bought it next door at Bob Howard Chevrolet. 1st time was after I found my radiator leaking and they replaced my thermostat housing, they said radiator was not leaking. (My radiator is still leaking) 2nd time I took my Jeep in to have airbag inflator replaced(recall) They didn’t have the parts to do it, so they changed my oil and rotated and balanced my tires... my after market expensive wheels with center cap was busted because they over torqued the Alan bolts and never told me, not one word. 3rd time still no parts to do the airbag even after I made the appointment and took off work that day. The service advisor was great though, Lance Holt was truly a professional and very courteous.

Overall, an ok experience. Most folks were very helpful. My particular service advisor never called me back after multiple attempts (6), but others helped me when I couldn't reach him. The repairs were top notch.

Buying used suv
The buying process was smooth. A little pushy when trying to sell expensive extended warranty. Overall a good erxperience. Sales staff was professional and knowledgeable.
