I brought 2 of my vehicles to this dealer on July 31 for...
I brought 2 of my vehicles to this dealer on July 31 for oil changes. The next day I tried to use the windshield washer and found it only worked on one side. I checked under the hood and found the sprayer nozzle broken and shoved back together. On the other vehicle, there was a scratch in the leather steering wheel. I tried to call the dealership almost daily for the following month and could not reach anyone. Finally I called Chrysler customer care and they got me in touch with a manager. This manager asked me to bring the vehicle back and to show him the issues. I told him my wife refuses to bring her vehicle back and I will just fix her sprayer myself. I brought my car back for them to correct the issues. I get the car back today and was told that they did not damage the car and refuse to fix the scratch. I again left my number for the manager....who again was not available...and was told he would call back, and yet again....no return call. I will never use this dealer again and will tell everyone I know of this terrible customer service experience. This dealer does not care about customers or making their mistakes right.

I spoke with your manage Sean last week and was told that nothing will be done to fix this issue. He does not acknowledge the damage done as something that would have happened in the shop and refuses to fix it. He also said that they will not complete the warranty work on the vehicle because it is hard water spots and not corrosion. It sure seems odd that the only spot on my vehicle that shows this defect is the EXACT same spot that was handled by warranty before and that no other place on my vehicle has hard water spots like this. Sean said that his body shop's word is gold and will not repair the damage. Warranty approved the work and Richard looked at the spots and said that it was corrosion as well. This is because this is a KNOWN issue with the hoods and dissimilar metals reacting. I asked that if this will not be handled by the dealer, I would like to move towards legal measures including arbitration.
Still smiling after the sale
I was treated quite well at this dealership from my salesman (Herman) to financing (Elliot and Mark). I got the Jeep I wanted, a great price and financing went smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership if you are buying a vehicle. I have not met with the service dept. to date but I anticipate another great experience when I visit them. I have been on a 2 year search for the right vehicle and price and I hoped to be treated respectfully. I found it all there.

Don’t believe anything they tell you
I went in last Saturday to look at a 2015 Nissan Frontier advertised on Car Gurus and Car.com. They told me that it had sold the day before. The following week I noticed that it was still advertised, so I sent an email to check on it’s availability. On Friday, I received a response saying that the vehicle was still available. On Saturday, I drove to the dealership and was told that it was no longer available. I got the guy who responded to my email the day before, and he said he must have been “mistaken”. BAIT AND SWITCH MUST BE ACCEPTABLE WITH THEM. Watch your backs with these guys.

Very bad buying experience
Bought a used vehicle last week online, from another state. Dealt with a very nice sales associate, but other than that everything was terrible. Undisclosed dealer fees, cosmetic damage that wasn't shared with me prior to delivery, abd undisclosed mechanical defects. Called the used car sales manager and not only did he not offer any help, he hung up on me. Will never buy from this outfit again, felt like I got ripped off.

My vehicle had a lot of initial repairs plus some recall repairs/replacements. The Bob Howard Tech took care of them all. The staff was also very nice & gave me a loan vehicle to use until my Jeep was done being fixed.

Lack of Customer Service 🙁
Britton Kelso Was my salesperson. Customer Service meant very little. Appreciation for the purchase of a new Jeep, driving over 7 hours, taking off work... I purchased from Bob Howard because they have a long lasting reputation for being a dealership you can trust. I’m sorry to say that was not my experience. Some others I spoke with were helpful but overall the only reason I went ahead with the purchase was bc the dealership had the Jeep with the features I was looking for. When asking questions about the Jeep they were not answered because Kelso told me he was really busy. I was surprised by the answer. Having customers keeps you in business and customer service and attention to detail makes you want to return and make another purchase in the future. The Jeep was off the lot over 5 days being driven by the general managers wife so I was told. It had 9 miles when I first inquired; after driving 3.5 hours to pick it up it had 349 miles. The Jeep still need to be finalized in the cleaning process. I have a beautiful Jeep that I’m proud of but left the dealership with unanswered questions that no longer seemed to matter since the sale was completed.

Initially thought it was a good experience. However,1 full week after the purchaseof a used vehicle, I was contacted by the dealership and was told. "Oh... no big deal...you need to put a 2000 dollar payment down." I NEVER AGREED TO THAT. After being very upset after being told I need to give them more money... they laughed at MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND.It didn't matter who we spoke to...they laughed at us. I would then receive calls every 2 to 3 days for the next 3 weeks. Needing to "re-write" paperwork.... 3 different times I was quoted different monthly payment amounts... This place is terrible! I will never go back to this dealership. It has been a horrible experience!

Fake prices listed. Beware!
The prices listed on this site also match the prices on their own site. The only problem: they will NOT honor those prices. They add almost $2000 worth of stuff on at the dealer. They do not disclose those prices until you find one you like. The add ons are floor mats, window tenting and a GPS system. All the Add ons are WAY over market value. I was super excited about the prices offered by this dealer until I called and found out that they will not honor the price. I have found the same vehicles at other dealers. Those dealers honored their prices. It is unfortunate because I was a very motivated buyer. I was willing to drive 6 hours to get the vehicle. I even took pictures of the price of this truck from THEIR website. I took pictures of the payments from THEIR website. They told me their are disclosures on the site saying those are not the real price. Super, super disappointing.
