terrible service I bought a used jeep wrangler and they didn't want to change the tires that were worn out. The next day I detected that the lights of the dome do not work and they did not want to repair it. lousy sellers, do not buy there

They show a great price but thats not what you get

Their web site shows a great price but what it doesn't tell you is that they add on $1900 of "extras". They tell you you have to get these, Wheel locks ($25 from amazon) tinted glass ($100 anyplace in town) screen protector ($25 from amazon) paint protection.(worthless) LoJack (another worthless item that puts more money back in their pocket) All totaled you are getting about $200 worth of crap you can get anywhere. There are a lot more "extras" they will try to push off on you, fabric protection, tire and wheel protection, dent protection, lost key protection, all these can add thousands of $$$$.

Dealership has gone down hill.

If you look at older reviews most of the review were 4-5 stars. Look at the recent ones. Since Buck Burton took over they are the pits. They do offer a good price I will give them that. I had to deal with 3 different sales men. I called and ask each one of them a question all said they all said that they would get back to me with the answer, none of them would ever call back. NONE EVER! It as if they really didn't care if they sold the car or not. They appraised my trade in at $37K I told them that I had an offer from CarMax for $42,500 they Buck said he would give me that. I told them that I wanted to keep my wheels Buck came back and said that they would only give me 41,500. He wanted me to buy my wheels back for $1000. Car Max never saw any pictures of my truck and offered me the $40500. I can't prove it but I know he had another offer on the truck and wanted to milk me for $1000. Funny after the truck sitting the lot for 3 months they sold it the next day. This dealership does not build confidence.

Our salesman JJ was a quick and efficient salesman. He had all of our paperwork ready within an hour of me calling in and reserving a vehicle. I had to drive 2 hours to the dealership. The vehicle was cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. They treated me very well and were not hiding anything at all during the buying process. JJ was very respectful and knowledgeable salesman.

could have explained what our finance charge was on this transaction but no percentage was ever given me, only problem was when we drove home and discovered that while they ere cleaning the vehicle for the sale, much of the inside glass had streaks, indicating that someone did not rinse out the cloths used for that purpose enough, I had to reclean them

We went to Bob Howard approximately four weeks ago looking to purchase a 2022 jeep. We were unable to find a one on the lot. We made a decision to order one through Bob Howard. We had a good experience with Marquis. He was patient and helpful. We received an email from Bob Howard about them purchasing a trade in with them. We went there and was treated like we were trash that blew in with a piece of xxxx trade in. We are EXTREMELY disappointed with the way we were treated and were told to go elsewhere by Taylor (sales manger) if we wanted. So.... we did! We canceled our $50k plus jeep order. Went somewhere we can be treated with respect. Never again in live.

Took my money and kept their word no hassle no haggle meaning you can't get a dollar less than their price. 2/18/22 2013 Jeep GrandCherokee Limited pics online did not shows dents you can't even zoom on photos from 3rd party website or dealership. Carfax said no damage or dents. Drive 3hours to buy it already pre approved for the total. Arrive and the Jeep has major dents and repair needed. I asked for it to be fixed they said no. I asked for discount they said no. I asked for a second key flob they said no. I asked for a full tank of gas they said no. 4hours later Im ready to drive away. The key flob didn't work no button response. Allows Jeep to start but no button functions. They sent me to parts for new flob battery still didn't solve issue. Sent me to service. They like what's wrong with it oh oh OK well let me take your keys and we will get it in....I said no please I just waited 4xxxxing hours to buy a dented vehicle with no working key. And hemily pulled away. Stopped for gas in Cushing only to have key not register and Jeep go in ignition/anti theft mode wouldn't allow Jeep to start. Will turn over but never start. Called few minutes of making them understand my keyflob doesn't have or had working buttons. They found solution take flob n press against push start button. Got off work & my left (blue) headlight went out after stopping again for gas.. I spent 20mins wiggling nothing. Turned Jeep on and off few times came back on. While under hood notice my engine cover is gone $150. My air filter tube box and everything connected to my intake throttle bottle was literally just sitting there it's not tighted and the air box is loose. Jist slide off and out. I tightened with a penny. Yes I definitely should have looked more diligently however when your told this car is legit and the carfax 2owner clean report and buying from a reputable dealership like this you expect professional honest work. I was told they treat their used cars like new. So you sell brand new dented cars no key and missing part? 13790 for Jeep plus 599 b.s doc fees...thanks again Herman & Stephen yawl great service girl and Manger Cory Taylor crrrrap.

Be very careful if you deal with these people. Be diligent about everything. Replaced my engine within 1500 miles. They refuse to accept responsibility. Very bad experience.
