First of all, I want to say the salesperson - Anthony and the credit gal were great and so accomodating. We left we a "We owe you" for a special SD card to work the navigation and radio. It has been a month and NOTHING! All we get is the run around. At first, it was "it's ordered." Then "oh we bad, we will get it ordered." Have tried 2 more times to at least get a copy of the receipt or invoice for the SD card and still get the runaound. It's a shame, the car is good, and the initial people we dealt with were also good. The follow through SUCKS xxxxxx xxxxx!! Go elsewhere. Anywhere but here.

UPDATE: 4-4-2022 I am very sorry to say I will be revoking all my positive thoughts about Boardwalk Motors. I purchased my 2012 Nissan Versa on February 18th 2022, on Saturday April 2nd 2022 my car experienced a complete transmission failure. Luckily I was not hurt, as this failure happened on I-5 in Seattle. However I am deeply disappointed as I was assured that the car had, had a proper safety inspection before I made my purchase. Either this was a complete lie or those who performed the safety inspections were entirely incompetent. This may seem harsh but it is the only conclusion I can make with this information. My mechanic has assured me that there was absolutely nothing I could have done in just over a month of ownership to shoot the transmission completely. I was told this should have been caught before I even looked to purchase the vehicle. This is extremely disappointing and of course puts me in a very real financial strain as I am a single 27 year old teacher. I hope that this can save at least one person from experiencing this level of frustration and rupture of life this has caused me. I would urge you to look elsewhere for your next vehicle as this has caused massive strain on me and should be considered WHOLEY unacceptable business practice. Please take this warning and I hope Boardwalk Motors chooses to learn from this experience and does not detrimentally effect more lives after mine. I worked with Todd to get my 2012 Nissan Versa! He was amazing and so helpful, I’ve never bought a dealership vehicle and was very wary. But Todd alleviated any nervousness I had. Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable, he talked personally with my partner and I. He is a rockstar and I won’t hesitate to send anyone looking for a car his way. Boardwalk and Todd easily earned my 5 stars.
