The Salesman, S�bastien, did an excellent job of selling me the car I chose. I wasn't please with the financial department. I feel she was pushy. It was the end ofnrhe day, but a sale was being made. Some time and care for a BUYER, would have made it a 5star.

It is a remarkable feeling
It is a wonderful dealership, a really competent and authorized representative of the BMW. I recently signed a lease with this company for the new BMW X3. Many people, working there in absolutely different positions, helped me to get this deal as much smoother as possible on almost the last day of the previous year. I am very grateful to them and I appreciatively mentioned all their names in my review at dealerrater.com. Mark Bianchin, who started this deal with me, was the only one who continued helping me even when I drove away from the dealership with my new car. He called me, he replied to my messages, he showed me genuine interest and care with advice and real actions. I am very grateful to him not only for his help but for the wonderful feeling that this new deal left in my heart - the feeling that I am a special customer, that I am a member of the family of this dealership, the family of the Great BMW. I had a wonderful experience buying a Tesla Model 3 at the dealership. Joel Mazie was great to work with. He was able to answer all my questions and always responded quickly. He even arranged for a coworker, who knew more about Teslas, to go over the car features with me.

BMW vehicle service
It was a pleasure working with staff at BMW of Mt. Laurel to get my vehicle serviced. The staff conducted themselves in a professional manner to address all of my service needs and concerns. Additionally, I was impressed with how all staff members adhered to and followed COVID 19 safety protocols. Above all I enjoyed working with my service advisor Jason Krawczyk; I was truly impressed with his professionalism, excellent listening skills and his ability to get me back on the road in a relatively short period of time.

Best car buying experience no BS
We purchased a used Volvo from BMW of Mount Laurel and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Eric Decker was so easy to work with and took care of all our concerns with the used car before our purchase. The day we went to pick it up everything was perfect and the car looked like new. There was no jangling or BS with our trade in, here are the numbers from kbb and no questions asked, my wife and I have never been so pleased with a dealer experience.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the people who helped me to get the plates for my new BMW X3 at the BMW of Mt. Laurel. It seems easy and should be done “automatically”, but in some cases the bureaucratic hurdles caused by objective complications makes it difficult and almost impossible. In such situations only a non-formal attitude and sincere wish to help make it happen. It was exactly the case with me. Mark Bianchini and Patty Herman from the BMW of Mt. Laurel were the people who were fighting the bureaucratic obstacles and successfully and timely won this battle for me. Being extremely loaded with other clients' tasks Mark always replied to my calls, messages, and emails. He never kept me in the dark, constantly informed on the progress of my case. I am really-really grateful to him and Patty and this feedback is my only and sincere wish to demonstrate that to other customers of the BMW of Mt. Laurel, to let them know that if such people work for this company you can always count on their help, advice and non-formal attitude.
