Brittany Fischer was amazing.
Brittany Fischer was amazing. She helped me decide between two very similar cars. She listened to what I was saying and used that information to make her recommendation. I always dread going to the dealership but not anymore. The customer service made the drive from San Leandro to Fairfield worth it.
I'm not much of a tire kicker.
I'm not much of a tire kicker. I've had my eye on the M340i since it came out and it finally came time to try one out. I don't like tricks, slight of hand, or double talk, especially when there's a reasonable amount of money involved. Greg Locastro at BMW of Fairfield was an obvious seasoned salesman, but I never got the feeling that he had anything but customer satisfaction as his primary goal. A complete pleasure to work with. He knew the car and the brand. In the rare case I asked a question he did not know, he immediately went and found someone who could. After a quick credit check, all of the financials were put on a big screen with Greg. No hand offs, no manager conferences. Greg handled the entire transaction. All the costs were clearly displayed and we went through each line for an explanation. Mix, match, adjust, and come to a happy medium. This was the first time I have ever bought a car at a dealer where there were NO surprises. The total cost of the car was clear and I knew exactly what I was paying for. Of course, the M340i is a brilliant car. The product is amazing and the dealer experience was top notch. Couldn't be happier. -Travis Clark
UNPREPARED, UNSKILLED, UNQUALIFIED
This fairly new BMW dealership is poorly prepared or trained and unable to professionally represent the high-end BMW brand. I am a 8-time BMW purchaser (1st time at BMW Of Fairfield) and the overall experience was sub-standard in every respect... Whether it is competence or simply ignorance from being untrained or unskilled, this dealership will be a challenge for the typical buyer of a used or new vehicle. You'll be introduced to the dealership promise of ONE PRICE/ONE PERSON/ONE HOUR. Yes, it's a gimmick in that none of those three promises will occur (it took us 4 hours to purchase and we didn't even need a test drive and knew before we arrived what vehicle was being purchased). BMW Of Fairfield wasn't skilled in DMV paperwork and we had to make two additional appointments after purchase with DMV to correct the dealerships mistakes. We encountered paint damage at delivery (2022 new) and still failed to succeed at getting after-purchase assistance or support. You'll do much better purchasing at BMW Concord or Niello BMW-Sacramento.

Just purchase a used car in this dealership, If you’re looking for a new BMW or any used car, look for Jon Smith, no hassle and he will guide you througout the whole process, highly recommended..
