Much Needed Improvements
I’ve worked in this field before, and one of the first things I’ve learned is to under-promise and over-deliver. Nine times out of ten, the customer will return. My most recent experience was the exact opposite. I believe the service advisor thought it was wise and polite to under estimate my knowledge my vehicle. You will get a much better response, working with the customers; instead of trying to “work” the customers.

MISLEADING
I was quoted one price but charged another. Then when I called them on it, I was showed a paper with a WRITTEN amount on it right above where I signed initially. I signed for the price PRINTED on the paper NOT WHAT WAS WRITTEN. How do you write a price on a printed invoice ???

Awful
My service guy was very condescending calling my car 20 years old (it’s 10 years old). Trying to make you feel anxiety about your vehicle . Also he gave me an estimate of repairs that us more than the loan on my car.

The service advisors and mechanics are top tier. I’ve received great service thus far with all of my visits. I highly recommend Charles as a service advisor to help assist you with any questions or concerns in regards to your vehicle.

Excellent service and service advisor
Service was under warranty and was well done. One out of warranty repair was needed as I had to bring vehicle back and leave vehicle overnight. This was done well also. My service advisor Aundrea did an exceptional job. She keep me informed, arranged transportation, and handled all details superbly.

Not what I expected
Granted the advisor was very nice and helpful. I would give him a 5 star. However, I had two big concerns that I would not expect from a BMW dealer. One, my mirrors were working when I took my car in for service but not when I picked it up. Followup service trip now needed. Two, the interior was very dirty from greasy hands and feet. Again, not expected from a BMW dealer.

Pleasurable experience
The technician was very transparent with diagnosis and findings. Video of overall vehicle condition was great to see. Advisor was friendly and pleasant. Dealership is nice, clean and very presentable.
