Very disappointed
My service advisor, Charles Baker was extremely uncourteous, disrespectful, and rude. It is possible he was having a bad day but that does not excuse his manners. In any case, I gave the car for inspection and that evening, I get a quote of 5 Grand- for the brakes and 'leaking oil pan'. I was so surprised as I did not notice a single drop in my garage. A couple days later, I took it to Brown Motor works and guess what? - No oil pan leak. Either the leak fixed itself or I was being scammed for something that ain't broken. If this is not scamming, I don't know what is.

My advisor Brian were great with informing me of what needed to be done as far as service goes… my 4 stars goes to Brian. Very disappointed in the complimentary wash and vacuum. My service cost me 2029.00 and I should have received a much better wash/ vacuum/ wheels shine. Also the loaner process could be better. Totally understand the shortage of Lianes however as an owner of a luxury car I should be able to get a loaner especially if repairs/ service takes over 6 hrs. This visit were very disappointing as it relates to loaners. WHY ASK IF A LOANER IS NEEDED WHEN SETTING UP APPT and come to find out that the service is unavailable due to low number of loaners available.

I did not have appointment but they have been willing to address the issue I did not realize that check engine sign was on because of due oil change .

Exceeded my expectations
All the employees are so nice and friendly. Aundrea, my service writer send me text messages and videos of my car during the service process. The dealership is very clean and the waiting area has free snacks and drinks. When they finished the repairs they washed my car

Disappointed..
Very bad experience .did not expect that from a top of the line dealership.. car was damaged while in their possession but no one wants to be held accountable.. general manager very nonchalant..was never informed that my vehicle was ready I actually had to keep calling, could never get a response I had to get a ride to dealership ..its so much more but I dont have the time right now..overall definitely not satisfied...

Repair
I received excellent and efficient service from Jordan. Came in because my AC wasn’t working; but, was able to get a new compressor the same day within a matter of hours Jordan kept informed me of the problem promptly and assist me in making certain it was take care of.
