Great Customer service from "Jordan"
Jordan is the best he is so pleasant & polite. He let me know every detail each step of the way. I was never left to wonder what's going on or how much longer it would take. They do a great job & it's all done in a timely manner

I would never buy a car from anyone else. I don’t live in SC anymore, but Brett Bostic take that extra mile to give us the very best deals. We have bought over 15 cars from this same dealership when living in 3 different states. The very best of the best!

Pricey but good dealership
Video of what’s going on with your car before service. Dropped off at 11 and pick up before 5 for a big repair. Most are friendly. Jordan was great in service. Snacks and beverages available while waiting or Uber within certain radius. The dealership is very clean, nice size restroom and few things to shop besides a car should you choose. My only con is Can be pricey but I do like the dealership overall.

Service for my 328i Sportswagon
Charles Baker is an excellent service provider. My car rides better than ever. I appreciate the care given to me and my vehicle. I love my car and know BMW of Columbia will always do their best.

Poor service
We had a 1 pm appointment with a email confirmation and we arrived and they did not have a record of it. We waited over 2 hours for an oil change.
I apologize that there was some confusion with your appointment for an oil change. Please contact me directly on my cell at 843-230-3329. I am unable to locate you in our system by your screen name and I would like to research your appointment and wait time so we can better serve our clients. In addition to the actual oil change our oil service includes a vehicle scan, reset of the conditioned-based service system for the services rendered, a complimentary multi-point inspection, and complimentary vehicle wash and vacuum. Depending on the vehicle this process takes 1:15-2:00 hours to complete. I look forward to speaking with you soon. David Miles General Manager
Poor service
Charles Baker has a negative attitude & I don’t feel valued. He never acknowledged me and I was never kept informed of a time frame & when I texted to ask I was responded to in all caps. I asked if I could use a coupon that was on the website & he it was a no but I was quoted a lower price prior. I don’t believe this is the service a paying customer deserves. He acted as though it was inconvenient for me bringing my car there. I hate Sam Jackson is no longer there as he gave better customer service.

A tough process made better with care
I want to thank BMW of Columbia, specifically my service advisor Mark Dickson for personally assisting me through a 3rd warranty process that saw many delays. His professionalism did not go un-noticed and his care was much appreciated. Although a long process, Mark along with BMW of Columbia service technicans order and installed the needed parts and I am back in my ride. Thanks Again!

Small leak in tire
I just stopped (no appointment) with a leaking tire. They found a nail in the tire. We discussed the current options for mew tires and I left with the quote for the tires. This was a very slow leak and I’m taking a couple of day to decide what tires to put on. The team for very kind and spend the time with me to answer my questions. Mark was the service adviser and was very good and knowledgeable, even showed me the video of the nail. Thanks team and keep up the good work. Michael….as satisfied customer.
