Always pleasant and felt a sincere desire to satisfy my needs. The facility was imacculate and increased my Confidence I had come to the right place. The service was completed as quickly as possible and we win required additional effort to contact the extended warranty service the action was taken without hesitation. Thanks to both Jeff and Emelia for their effort in keeping the car on track.

I bought a new car here and have had it serviced here as well. The service has been seamless, from ordering the car, delivery and then scheduling and getting the car serviced. Andrew Cushman has been the service advisor on several appointments and he is excellent. Skilled communicator, helpful and timely.

My Wife and I had a very horrible experience at BMW

My Wife and I had a very horrible experience at BMW Northwest the day we went to purchase our New BMW. The BMW Certified Manager, Chris actually insisted and demanded that we also purchase a LoJack for an additional $900 plus. I informed Manager Chris that we didn't want or need a LoJack but he put more pressure on us the pay for something we didn't want. I was shocked and upset at this but I stood my ground and after almost 30 whole minutes Manager Chris realized that we were about to walk out and go somewhere else got smart and took the LoJack off. I'm still upset about this because I've NEVER been treated like this before at ANY other Car Dealership but knowing that I was at a BMW Dealership really floored me. Manager Chris was very Aggressive and Condescending to us and he should be Reprimanded by his Supervisor. I just wonder about all the other BMW Customer's who relented and actually purchased the LoJack after Manager Chris constant Bombardment. He should be FIRED.

They personify service especially David Quinn. They make service feel like family. I always feel welcome and that they have my interest at heart. I went to another dealership once and then switched to BMW Northwest and have stayed with them since. They have been accommodating of my schedule and changes. The ambience is very professional yet has a personal touch and so is the service. I plan to stay with them and if I was ever not happy with anything, I feel that I would be able to tell them and they would listen and work towards a resolution.

David Quinn is my service advisor and always does an excellent job. Today my car was finished ahead of schedule. David also spent substantial additional time to coordinate service on another vehicle. Even though I have to drive 60 miles it is well worth the effort.

My experience with Jimmy Barber and BMW Northwest was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. From the scheduling of the test drive, setting expectations, and the follow up after the sale were outstanding! I was in the market for a late model BMW 335/340 with a manual transmission and < 70,000 miles, and when I was looking there were 5 in the country, and of those 5, a few were marked as manual transmission, but the stick with the “P/R/N/D” on it said otherwise. I saw the car on an online ad, and there was just one picture, and e-mailed the ad, as I was going to be Pacific Northwest. I asked Jimmy if the car was indeed a stick shift, and he confirmed it. He let me know that the car was being prepped for sale, and it would be available to test drive on Friday, April 15. He also mentioned that the car may not yet be detailed, as he did not want to have me disappointed in the appearance. I was grateful for that, and when I got to Fife (two hours early), I walked around the lot, looking for the car, and then called Jimmy to let him know I was there. He let me test drive the car early, and two trips around the loop there, including I-5 and the road that BMW Northwest is located convinced me to buy it. He and Susan took care of the paperwork, and then we needed to coordinate the transportation out to South Carolina. Your team got everything set up with the moving company I chose, and the car arrived 4 days later. I’ll attribute the dirt on it to the outdoor transport, as the inside was spotless and clean. A few highlights: Any time I had a question, Jimmy responded within 5 minutes Jimmy and the team took care of everything I asked about Not knowing how to coordinate cross-country auto transport Setting up ConnectedDrive while I was in Oregon and the car was in Washington Putting the car into My Garage in the BMW app Taking care of the cross state paperwork (actually, cross-country paperwork…) A small problem with the 2nd key not transporting with the car was resolved quickly. It’s not the problems that define us, it’s how we solve them Susan Grissom is a wonderful person to work with and made the finance process a walk in the park. As we worked through the government paperwork, it was a conversational tone, and I felt like we were friends signing some paperwork together, not rushed, and everything was explained well. Having previous experience with finance people at other car dealerships make me feel like they were hiding something, Susan’s approach was friendly and courteous, again, like friends signing some paperwork because it was needed to keep everything legal. The whole staff, and everyone I talked to made this (my 11th car purchase) the most complex and easiest car purchase ever The whole buying process took about 2 ½ hours to complete, including the test drive, decision, and execution of the paperwork My recommendation for anyone local or from anywhere in the country is for them to look to BMW Northwest to purchase the car from for a professional, friendly, and easy experience.
