Decent people, managed horribly.
Drove 2 hours to purchase a truck advertised as having 8425 miles on it and pictures looked immaculate. When I arrived truck had 13600 miles on it and was filthy with food crumbs on seats and floors, liquid spills on center console and exterior was equally filthy being used by an employee. Insane amount of paint swirl and scratches. Do not buy a car from a dealer that automatically charges $2600 for ceramic coating. Biggest scam out there. Gave them a chance to detail it and the job they did was terrible. Didn't even wash the bug splatter off. Worse car buying experience I've ever had.

Service Department
If I could give a negative star I would. Service department is completely horrible. I will NEVER use Leader for anything. I should have know when the sales team was horrible that service wouldn’t be any better. I will take my vehicle out of town or another state before I deal with Leader again!

Avoid this dealership
False advertisement of car price. My husband made an appointment and drove more than an hour today to look at a car only to find out the price was inflated by $2600 for dealer paint and added interior protection that was NOT advised on their ad. Do NOT waste your time with this dealership.

Horrible customer service- Bait and switch
I’d give negative stars to this dealership if I could. We found the car we wanted, we offered money to hold it, we were told no they couldn’t do that but were told multiple times by two different people it was available. Before we left for our three hour drive there we were assured it was still available, twice on the drive they contacted us to make sure we were coming for the car, still stating it was available. We had a cashiers check for the price of the car, which was told to us by the dealership before we left home. While getting gas next door, 5 minutes before we got there, they left a message to see if we were still coming. Lo and behold, we arrive and they say “oh that sold yesterday but we have an even better one for you!” I assure you it was not better. I should have believed the MANY negative reviews about this shady dealership. It was a complete waste of time, and we felt completely lied to, just to get us out there to look at more expensive cars with more mileage and less options than the one we were planning to purchase. I can’t believe a reputable dealership would pull stunts like that. I strongly suggest going literally anywhere else. They have review after review of doing this…do not waste your time or money on such an unethical place.

Poor Customer Service and False Advertising
All cars at this dealership have a $2,500 dealer fee which isn’t stated on CarGurus or Cars.com. This makes you think you’re purchasing a $36k car when it’s really closer to a $40k car. We also called and asked about this and we’re rudely hung up on because the salesman did not want to discuss the issue.

Buyer Beware
Bloomington Normal Automall is pretty shady and not forthcoming at all. We test drove a car but I wanted a car with a lighter interior. Juan said I have a car that you’ll like in the service dept. We asked why it was getting serviced, but he didn’t know. We test drove the car on the highway for about 3 miles at 60 mph. After we bought it, we were on the highway back to Peoria and 5 mins into our trip, a loud banging sound started coming from under the car. It was terrifying! We were looking for a place to turn around and then it stopped. My husband looked under the car when we got home and noticed a bolt was missing on a flap under the engine. We called on Monday, they said take it to Peoria Audi. Their service dept said it wasn’t just a bolt that was missing. Both ends of the flap were broken off. Bloomington Automall won’t fix it because it didn’t make that sound on the test drive. And yes we had to pay for their ridiculous Xzilon and they gave us 75% of what Kelly Blue book offered for our trade. Buyers remorse for sure.

We did not get want we wanted for a trade, also on there used cars they tack on an upholstery warranty which added another $2,600 and they tack on a cleaning fee. Needless to say their advertised price on the internet isn't the actual price they mark it up! We will not be buying a used car here!

Do not trust them.
I had an awful experience at this dealership this last week. First, I viewed the dealer website and found a car I liked for 47,420. It was a 2021 Audi A5 Sportback. MSRP was around 55,000. After I told them I wanted the car, they called me back about an hour later and said there was a computer glitch and the internet price was wrong and they were selling it for MSRP. After we haggled a little bit they only came down to 52,500 for a demo vehicle that had a little over 5,000 miles on it. I asked for all the numbers ahead of time but didn't get them presented to me until I drove 4 hours to pick up the car on Saturday. Then they presented me with a 6.75 interest rate for 84 months even though I have a 741 credit score and even though the Audi site has much lower rates on their website - https://www.audiusa.com/.../shopping.../special-offers.html# . I called a credit union today and they told me with my credit score I could get 3.9% APR for 84 months if I used them so I will be getting a different car loan it looks like. Do not trust this dealership.

Listed prices are a scam
Went in to pay sticker price for a vehicle and then was presented with an offer that was $4,000 higher than the sticker price after tax title license. They get you in the door with the listed price and then add in fees once you get for car. Horrible. Will never return.
