I must say that Bleecker CDJR in Dunn is where people who's car shopping should go. First when you drive on to their lot they make you feel welcome. I enjoyed watching one of the sales guy interacting with a customer child like that was his own child. He gave that girl a peace of ease and also me cause that tells you that they're family orient. Next they go above and beyond to get you into something. I went in thinking that worse but my sales associate Jesse Bailey made me feel a whole lot better. I mean he worked to get this deal done skipping his lunch just to make sure we drove home in something. Not only that but Tracy worked extra hard so I can make it to work on time. I'm just overall astonished with my visit. I think it takes extraordinary people to make you smile and make you want to visit their place of business and they exceeding my expectation. Rather I got a car or not, which I did, I would recommend them to family and friends.

Great customer service
Tony Scott was a great salesman. He took the time to understand my needs, and showed me vehicles to match my needs and budget. He took the time to get to know me and understand my dilemma. I had some negative equity, and challenged credit. That didn't stop him from trying like most dealers. He was able to get me into a vehicle I love, and get me a payment I was comfortable with. I tell all my friends it was well worth the drive from Fuquay!

Kurt who is a Sales Manager at the Dealership is one of the best salesman I've ever met! He walked me through the vehicles that he had in stock to meet my demands and went extra mile to make the sale. He is very easy to work with and stays on the top of the whole process and makes thing easy for a customer. I highly recommend him and the dealership!
In trouble with DMV because of them... and more
1. Despite 3 calls, my trade in was never cancelled and just now received a final DMV letter saying it has been revoked and there is a $50 civil penalty on my license due to liability insurance. 2. As part of negotiating, installing a remote start was promised but it's been 3 months and they still haven't even ordered the part (siting switching companies). After 3 months, you would think they could figure out their supplier issues or at least get the part from a neighboring dealer. 3. May have just been ignorance but I was told by their finance guy that I could not use the SECU's 2.75% loan and was given a 4.5% loan instead. The following day switched it over to SECU with no problems. I get they may be busy, remote starts take time away from other more lucrative installs, and they make money on loans but if you treat the customer well, they become repeat buyers and refer others. That's sales 101.
In response to Brantley's complaint, Bleecker did all of the necessary steps to transfer the insurance from old vehicle to the new vehicle. It was done on the day of purchase which was February 28th, 2015. We received confirmation from the customer's insurance company on that day. As for the remote start there are no supplier issues and no other dealer has been able to stock remote starts because of back order. We have been in touch with the customer and they have been made aware of this issue. We were led to believe by the customer that they were satisfied with how the financing process was handled. This complaint comes as a surprise to us because they seemed happy with everything. The part, in fact, is due to arrive tomorrow. We take all customer complaints seriously and try to provide the best customer service possible.

Small dealership with great customer service
I was looking a new Chrysler 200. I live in Fayetteville and was hesitant to drive the 30 miles to Dunn to look for cars, but I was tired of being just a number to all of the huge dealerships in Fayetteville. I wasn't disappointed. I was treated well by my sales person and I got a great deal. They handled my financing and got me a great rate. I will tell my friends that it is worth the drive! Thank you Bleecker!
I had been searching online for a Chrysler 300C I canme across. what I thought would be the car I had been looking for the color was right with all the bells and whistle. I contact the dealership online and recived a call back from there customer service dept. calling to setup an appointment the girl that called gave me a salemen to ask for I was so excited. i could not wait to get off work and go. the wife and I went to the dealership only to get there and fine out that the salesmen didn't know I was coming and to top that off no car!! you heard right. I was told that car had not been at that location for a long while plus they claim that the car had all kinds of problem and they would not have sold it to me anyway. i was to fit to be tide. total lack of communication from the customer service dept. to the sales floor so buyers beware. now that was on Tuesday evening to my surprise that same car is still listed on Bleecker website. you would think with all the advanced technology, they would have taken that car down long time ago. how many others have gone there to look at this car to me this is just a ploy to get you to come into the dealership to see if they can sell you something else

Inquired about a used vehicle only got one reply and phone call about the CARFAX was never returned. Not very interested in selling cars at all.
