They are very attentive and knowledgeable. Mike kept us informed as they worked on our Town and Country Chrysler mini van. Despite several set backs, they preserved and overcame our challenging transmission issues.

Mrs. Massey, I am confused by your complaint. If you received Bleecker free oil change coupons in the mail they will not be valid at any other dealership. The Fayetteville dealership is responsible for sending their own coupons to you for free oil changes. We have concierge service that will pick up your vehicle and leave you one to drive while your oil is changed. We will be happy to do that for you. This is probably the friendliest dealership I've ever been to and I didn't feel intimidated or anything and all the staff felt like they were family. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and anybody I meet cuz I had a great experience.

RAM broke down on 95 south. Towed to Beecker for repair. Took us right for in late Wed PM and had repair complete by Friday PM. Friendly and courteous. Keep me advised. Picked up Sunday PM on way home. Everything working as it should.

Communicated with Nicole several times before I went, explained all the problems I faced at several other dealers. She ensured me I wouldn't be taking ride from Raeford to Dunn for nothing, she even said that they were offering 120% on trade ins. Get there did the application and yet have I had a response, whether denied or anything. I understand that it probably wasn't approved or the payment I wanted couldn't be approved, but don't tell people that there are several options to choose from, and never respond with an answer.

We were very impressed with the service at Bleecker. From the moment we got there our salesman welcomed us and continued this throughout the entire visit.
