They have stopped responding to emails and phone calls about a legacy I bought in December. I was 8 months pregnant with my infant son (11 months old) and left waiting over 9 hours for the car to be ready for me to bring it home at the time of purchase. I should have walked away then!! Within 3 days of having the car it would stall when started on rainy days! I contacted them and even a Subaru dealership couldn’t find the issue because the computer wasn’t reading the error. Few days later when in labor the car was completely dead and wouldn’t start!!! They paid the battery replacement and acted like they would take care of my window issues… fast forward 2 days later all my lights on the dashboard went on removing my traction control, eyesight, engaging the parking break and abs lights. I found out from the Subaru dealership that whoever did the breaks damaged the sensor and played with it to make it work just until it became my problem…. That’s why they kept me 9 hours waiting for the car to be ready!!!!! They have been ignoring me since!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES - BUYER BEWARE!

Buyer beware - these people are crooks and liars. I negotiated $700 off the price of the car and was told I was approved for a loan with interest rate of 4.89%. Was also told that the car only came with 1 fab and that dealer would purchase a second one at a cost of $400 from Mercedes Benz. They wrote the sale for the full price of the car (not the negotiated price) with a higher interest rate of 5.75%, said there was no warranty on the car even though the window sticker was clearly marked that it came with a warranty, forced me to purchase a vin etching insurance policy for $199 that clearly stated on the contract that it was optional. They tried to hard sell us a credit card, tires for life program, and extended warranty. I ended up with 2 loans on the same car. When I picked up the car two days later I was given 2 used fabs, they did not purchase a new one from Mercedes for $400 that they had agreed to (another lie). I did some research and found out that it was illegal to force you to buy vin etching policy. I called the dealer back upset that I was lied to repeatedly, they did cancel the second loan but were unwilling to resolve any of the other issues. They said their company policies supersede state laws - if they didn't charge us for vin etching that they would have to refund every customer that they made purchase it. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Dealer continued to lie to cover the initial lies. Said that the vin etching policy was "miscommunicated" to me and that they would refund me the $199, still have not received it - do you think they are refunding everyone the $199 that they forced to purchase like they said they would have to?? Heck no - another lie. Said that the issue with 2 loans was our fault because we decided to go with a different loan - another lie!! Why in the world would anyone say give us the loan with the higher rate?? And then change their mind and say we decided to go with the loan with the lower rate??? They said that they "secured" a second fab for us. When I asked them to provide an invoice for it they changed their story and said that the auction house mailed them the second used fab a couple days after we picked up the car and that they subsequently got us the second fab. Another lie - we have not been back to the dealer since we picked up the car and were given 2 fabs at time of purchase. Worst experience purchasing anything ever in my life. I can't imagine how many people they have ripped off with their deceptive business practices.

Bought a 2018 Escalade. I’m supper happy with it. It’s was a very smooth deal the whole way. My sales person Barb was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a few minor issues with the vehicle but they were fully taken care of right away. The service department also did a great job they communicate the whole time and did everything they where supposed to. I will definitely buy from you guys again. Thanks a lot!!!

Gary Novakowski did an awesome job helping us on our new RAM we walked in told him what I was looking for and he got it it in 5 mins . Went back next day to pick up our new Truck . The best thing was the in and out , compared to other dealers this is one of the best actually we drove almost 2 hours from NY to go there because of the prices and services . Turn around time was amazing Getting a new cars sometimes entails lots of waiting and things, I was quite amazed at how efficient and fast they were I would def recommend. Mike DeLeon was A1. The communication was great from day 1. I mean I immediately received a message that they’d contact me during business hours a the next morning and he did. I’m thankful and so pleased with my purchase. Thanks guys
