On March 2, 2022 I stayed in Gaylord, Michigan Upon leaving my hotel the next morning to come home the Engine Light on my 2014 Ford F-150 came on. I stopped at the Bill Marsh dealership to have it checked out. The Service Personnel could not have been any nicer. They diagnosed the problem right away and made the repair. I was back on the road in a little over an hour. I was offered refreshments and while waiting one of the Salesman even came over and visited with me. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Don’t deal with Bill Marsh they sold my brother

Bill marsh sold my brother a Ford F-350 power stroke it xxxx within 30 days they refuse to fix it now he has 1600 more in repairs and it still don’t run. They only care about your money not the buyer. If your smart don’t buy from them they are not reliable.

Timely and personable service, distance wasn't an issue for closure, vehicle matched price range without pressure of up-selling (review is within first 30 days of ownership)
