My only complaint is the over sticker fee added to the price of the car. We are loyal customers at Biener Audi for more then 25 years and for that reason, I believe the additional fee should have been waved...I think we are on our 10th or 12th Audi.....all from Biener....It's tot good customer relations for your loyal core customers....That's my opinion. Thank you Thomas

Really amazing service, didn’t expect my old 1998 Audi on a airbag recall to command the great level of service I got. From being. Shuttled and timely I was very pleased. Thanks guys! Valet work was excellent as well

I’ve owned Audis since 2011 and currently own two, an A4 and a Q3. Pure driving pleasure. I’ve known Jeremy de Jesus since 2012. I love my Audis for 2 reasons. They are simply great automobiles. In every sense and in no small part due to Jeremy de Jesus. He’s more than a service consultant. He’s a brother. He understands my passion for Audis and has always provided flawless service and advice. One of my homes is 300 miles up North. Biener is the ONLY service facility I have ever or will ever use. Because of Jeremy de Jesus. He has his customer’s interests at heart. I guess I’m just lucky. So is Biener Audi Great Neck!

in 2012 I bought a q5 and since them They always take care of my car with oil change, tires, brakes, etc. Last december I made the appointment for oil change and brakes, GRACE the chinese lady helped out, the first thing she did was on a piece of paper gave me the price for oil change $800, and for brake charged $3600 for it, beside there was no communication at all, I was calling for her but only voice mail, a few minutes later sent me a text and that was the only way to get in touch with her, if she work with commission well I made her day, never again going back there.

Great service team, very efficient and friendly! I am fortunate that this dealer really does work so hard to please there customers and protentional one's as well. I live about 50miles/80mins from this dealer and even though it is a hike to go out too I am often left very pleased with the work they did and the processes they took. They remind you via text with video updates and the service reps at the counter are pretty awesome Jeremy was the first person I spoke with coming to the dealer and he was great to work with it made a easy choice to do my business here as the local dealers near me (Audi Smithtown, Huntington & Southampton) are all horror shows the employee's are pretty toxic and do not belong in a customer facing industry (sad right..?) My next two visits were with Christine who was AMAZING she has a great personality and I look forward to more visits whether I am spending money, getting warranty repair or just inquiring. I truly hope your team see's this message LOUD & CLEAR you guy's keep at what your doing and as for management of service team don't ever lose what you already have, never take steps back to save a buck when it effects your customers, I think you have lived by these principals for a long time now and do not see you turning back. I am very pleased I was able to find a "home" dealership as Audi products are new within the last year.. Jeremy awesome dude keep up being you everyday!!

The worse of the worse

Allow me to start by saying that I don’t know how they got their “nice starts review” but in my opinion I’ll say either by paying a company to get them or maybe because the all staff that was there before is no longer there now, so don’t expect the same service as the other nice stars only look into the recent ones that are 1 because there’s not other choice. Long story short brought the car in to get some issue fix, they stated it will be a minimum of 3 hours work for troubleshooting and the fee has to be paid separately from the amount to get the car fixed. So there’s a minimum of $570 without even knowing about the price of fixing it…… waited for an appointment and they took the car in for service saying it would be a couple of hours, didn’t hear anything until I called them next day and they said it will take longer… 3 days after getting in contact with them they said sorry we have been backed up We will get in contact when the car is in the shop…. 4 days later didn’t hear anything from them so I went to pick up my car and guess what still not ready not even the diagnostic done on it. The car wasn’t even inside the shop when I got there, I asked for the car back and they said ohhhhh you are next in line…… so now they wanted to wait until one more was done so then I can wait at least 3 hours for diagnostic, of course I asked to get my car back it only took 45 minutes from the time I walked in to be help and receive the car back……. But wait a very nice attendee said oh don’t take it back they referred me to speak to the service manager and he gave an explanation that I don’t want to post here not to do more damage… he tried to help by offering a rental but after getting in contact with the service writer he said ohhhh your car is next in line, (so gain they saying just wait a minimum of 3 more hours like we have nothing to do in New York after waiting for 4 days) so I took the car back… the manager tried but it looks like his employees got the last word….. didn’t I mention the nasty attitude of the service writer or advisor (Christina H.)? and her explanation as of why it took so long was the following, “sorry”
