Biener Audi

My service provider was great. Too many customers waiting at same time and very hectic.

Andy worked very quickly to check me in and check my out for regular maintenance. There was an issue with my tire and we couldn’t find the leak and to keep me safe on the roads, Audi just replaced and gave me a new tire! Get the tire package, its well worth it. There are comfortable areas in the service facility so I was able to work away from the office. There was an area for water and coffee, anything to make you comfy while you wait. The staff were super friendly and greeted you through out the visit. I was able to get breakfast from a diner walking distance recommended by Andy. Biener Audi takes good care of you, from purchase to service appointments!

I think the dealership provides friendly, knowledgeable competent service. I usually deal with Matt Weston and he is terrific. This time I dealt with Andre and he was very helpful. Great service and great people who want to be of assistance.

Prompt, courteous quality service with a terrific assigned consultant. Grace was the best. Would have like a loaner, but service was quick.

As always the facility is super clean, The service staff are efficient, professional, timely. I'm always satisfied whern i leave there.

as a very long time Biener customer-they never fail to amaze me. their service, and Matt -could not be better or more accommodating. I would never use another audi dealership and started when there was one 5 minutes from my house but... let's just say "Biener won me over".... about 7 Audis since the first and both my son's have Audi's from Biener as well (and one son lives in the city ,not on Long Island)- they are absolutely THE BEST (Matt, are you listening?)....I am thoroughly bonded and the service dept is the reason!!!
