I Can't Imagine Where these reviews are coming form?? I don't work for this dealership!! My experience with Sebastian was 5 Stars .not only did they let me test drive some of the cars( I'm 50 not a kid looking to joy ride) but they educated me on how to improve my credit with certain ways of financing. PLUS They have the Best of the Best Niche Cars Around👏👏Spasiba

I went on their site looking at a 2008 Lexus Ls500L. I was about to call to make arrangements to drive from Northern Massachusetts to there dealership in the Bronx. But after reading these reviews I'm changing my mind. Apparently the LS500 appears to be a bait and switch vehicle being others took their time to see it and was told the car is in Florida. Then they allegedly tried to sell them a different car. I'll pass on these parasites. NO GO!!!

My brother and I went to purchase a car from these guys. He was looking for a Lexus LS hybrid. When he got there from Long Island, an hour trip. The sales person showed him a different car. My brother inquired about the car and was told after 20 minutes waiting for an answer, that it was in Florida. No sorry, moreover they tried to sell him a Lexus that was reported as a Flood Car on the Car Fax. STAY away from this dealership.

I called Yesterday Evening to Best Car N Care to inquire about a Specific vehicle that had been on the site since November of 2021. To My surprise I spoke to one of the mentioned Owners in a few reviews I’ve read. His name is Sebastian. I inquired about a 2008 Lexus LS 600HL. Sebastian confirmed to Me on the call that the mentioned vehicle was there & We made an appointment for today, 2/9/2022 at 10:00AM tor Me to inspect & view the Lexus being offered for sale. Due to a small delay, I informed Sebastian by text that I was running 30-45 Minutes behind. He returned a message to Me informing that We would probably arrive at the same time. When I arrived at 10:30am, there was a gentleman that was the Lot Manager attending to vehicles on the lot. I saw a Lexus LS on the lot but quickly realized it was an LS 460. I asked the Lot Manager as to where the LS 600H L can be found on the lot & the gentleman replied “That vehicle is in Florida”. I drove 45 miles to get to this dealership for nothing. I then called Sebastian to ask about the whereabouts of the vehicle since He informed Me that the vehicle is there 14 Hours prior. I’m just glad for “My Sake” that He wasn’t there. His answer wasn’t acceptable & then acted clueless as to not knowing about the vehicles location & that his Lot Manager would know the Accuracy of the vehicles location. If You choose to deal with this dealership, You’ve been warned by Me & Many Many other prior customers that have left reviews. Believe These Reviews. Very UnProfessional. 90 total miles driven to meet the Lot Manager.

I purchased a BMW M3 excellent customer service from beginning to the end !!! They did not pressure us into to buying it. We were treated like family. Highly recommended

These gentleman went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with purchasing a car from them highly recommended and transparent and know how to treat people like family and not a customer

hi sebastian, after putting in 35000$ in repairs , the car is a flood car,it was checked out by BENTLEY DEALER. have it in writing you sad, sad human being, my buddy is going to hand deliver this message to you at 64 NEPTUNE TO MAKE SURE YOU GET IT. MY FRIENDS GAVE ME YOUR BACKGROUND AND I AM SHOCKED WHAT THEY TOLD ME!!! YOU ARE KNOWN, ALONG WITH SLIMMY ALEX AS THE GREATEST LIARS EVER.

Took one for the team on this place. Got a nice looking car but it has a host of issues and this only day 1. The story on Sebastian is True. He is a snake tongue. I would avise you to find another site and don't be fooled by the their clean website. It's all smoke and mirrors.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP OF LIARS AND CROOKS. THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BLOWN UP ENGINE, PROMISED ME IT WAS ALL GOOD AND 100% THEN BLOCKED MY CALLS WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THEM. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. If you even consider calling these people you need to have your head examined. Here's what they are: dishonest misrepresenting of their cars could not care less when you have a problem shortly after buying a car from them (no if, when). Sebastian will act like your best friend. trust me, he only wants your money because the dealership is broke. you will likely end up with a lemon. if you call them with an issue after your purchase they'll hang up on you. completely dishonest Believe all of the other negative reviews, including the guy who had his car torched by them because he threatened legal action. That's right, torched. Enough said.
