Fake internet price! they try to charge you extra

Let start saying the vehicle had a big scratch on a bumper that was not shown in the pictures. Then, they try to convince you that down payment is am extra charge you have to pay on top of the sales price advertised....This is the most absurd explanation of down payment. Yup, I repeat, they want to make you pay $1,995 EXTRA because of their wrong idea of what "Down Payment" is. Don't waste your time.

Didn't have the Car we wanted...

So we went to see a certain job from this place, online they showed they had 3 of them. We called the day before our scheduled appointment to double check so my spouse could test drive the car. Well, we got there and were told they cleaned house a few days prior and sold all 3 plus many more cars. Good for them, waste of a day for us.

Tried several times to get my debit card when I said I STILL need to test drive the car. Showed me a carfax to a different car and thought I wouldn't realize. False advertised and told me they had a car and when I get there try and say it was sold yesterday.

price mentioned on line is different then buying.online price is $36888 when i reached there they $ 36888 $19995 $695. over all my experience is very very bad

The price you see is only guaranteed if you go through their financing agency, they recieve a huge kickback from the agency and you will have to pay a ridiculous intrest rate! DO NOT be fooled by these people! Money hungry!

Hidden fees of $3000

After reviewing my purchase agreement numbers I didn’t finalize with this dealership. This dealership has a hidden fee “Niada certification” which is an extended warranty program for 10 years. No where on the dealership website stated you will be charged a mandatory powertrain warranty of $3000. Along with this the car already has a powertrain warranty from INFINITI due to it being 2018 and has less than 60,000 mileage. The finance manager should know this however, he is too busy thinking of ridiculous hidden fees to charge consumers. As for the credit application he ran my credit to multiple banks when I told them only run it through capital one bank. If you decide to visit this dealership be ready for hidden fees and read over everything within your documents. The only positive side of my visit to this dealership is the sale representative who worked with me.

Hi Jamal, we are sorry you feel this way. We have no hidden fees as clearly stated on our website. A certification is not a fee as for a CPO vehicle, it is a certification. If you like a certified vehicle then you need to prepare for a premium amount to get a certified one. Premium products have premium pricing. We can always work with clients for non-certified which is always a choice you have. Warranties on the other-hand is always optional for you, if you feel like you don't need it, then opt-out. The manufacturer warranty could only take you for so long, you were simply offered an option should you choose to get it, it was for your own benefit. About your credit application, there is no indication that you only wanted Capital One which is one of the partners we work with. When you apply for a car loan, we strive to give you the best rates and your signed credit application allows us to find you the best rates by approaching not just one bank. One particular car was on this list for a month,and one day I called them to check if its still available for tomorrow,they said its available and i made an appointment for a test drive.Next day i was on my way there (I live in Washington DC) and I called them agsin around 12pm(they opened at 11) and i was told they had already sold the car.They didn’t even call me to tell me...they are bunch of xxxxxxxx!!!

We have not been able to notify you right away as the deal was currently ongoing and anything can happen in between a client's deciding moment until they drive off. You were informed once the car has already left which is the justifiable time to inform you. I hope by this time you already found the car you wanted and was able to hold the car before you arrive at the dealership.
