Shrugged their shoulders when I reported 13mpg on my new
Shrugged their shoulders when I reported 13mpg on my new ascent. Told me the car was working fine and basically to go away. EPA feels differently. Also worth reporting they sold me a vehicle with some serious cosmetic damage and they won't provide me with the paperwork evidencing the repairs they paid form

I just had some major work done on my Subaru Outback
I just had some major work done on my Subaru Outback today at Berman Subaru. All issues appear to have been resolved. I was especially happy with my service advisor, Isaiah Palacios. He was very responsive to all of my questions and returned phone calls immediately. His customer support was outstanding and very appreciated!M

I want to thank Giovani for a wonderful customer experience at Berman Subaru. I brought my Outback in today (8/16/2022) for scheduled maintenance. I am happy to give Giovani a 10 (and more)! I could tell right away that Giovani took pride in providing exceptional customer service. His dress was business casual, his demeanor was so very pleasant, and he provided accurate information, and he listened to my questions without rushing me. Giovani treated me with respect, and I have no doubt this is how he treats all of his customers. I needed to have my car back to me at a certain time, and while Giovani told me he did not want to “over promise” me anything, he would make sure he would do everything in his power to make sure I could get out at the time I needed to. My car was ready for me ahead of the time that I asked! Just a great experience, and I’m so pleased to have been able to work with Giovani!! Giovani’s genuine attitude put a smile on my face! Thank you Giovani!!

Performed regular maintenance.
Performed regular maintenance. It was suggested to me to come the next week to additionally change the drive belt. Good experience of being notified in advance on what should be changed/fixed. Quite a fast service - changing the driving belt took less than an hour. Efficient, fast, polite (special thanks to Sardor!), and affordable.
