Brad was so kind and very helpful. I appreciated his patience as I explained my car situation. He kept me updated consistently and very politely explained my options throughout the entire process from repairs to payment options. He took the extra step and checked to see if my rear door sensor could be repaired under my warranty. It did and I had no idea. Again, just absolutely helpful. Thanks Brad!

Tony was great. Kept me updated as my service commenced and offered some valuable info about the importance of the oil additive and recommended that I purchase a service plan the next time I buy a new Nissan (which is likely; this is our 4th Nissan; 3rd one from Berman).

The desk guy, Brad, was phenomenal. Polite, informative, and helpful. Our requested service was done quickly and the shuttle service was super nice. It was our first time using Berman’s service department and was a very good experience.

Purchased a new Nissan Rogue 2021 back in August.

Purchased a new Nissan Rogue 2021 back in August. At 8,000 miles and 10,000 miles a warning light indicated System Malfunction Engine Power reduced. Was not fixed and car stalled at 12,000 miles. Requested a new vehicle and ended up paying 20% more for 20% less vehicle. Sales rep/GM was very nice and accommodated me the best he could but Nissan essentially sold me a vehicle with a defective engine then because they "had no Rogues" in stock made me by a smaller vehicle at a higher interested rate as I had no choice because mine was unsafe and I have to get work somehow. Many who work there are nice, and Lukasz who got me into the Rogue SV that day was excellent, but both my 2016 Nissan Altima and the 2021 Rogue had fuel pump issues and boy am I paying the price for their defective vehicles.
