I am in the market to purchase a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Originally, I was in contact with another salesperson by email. I came into Berge Toyota to speak with the salesperson but she was not available. I was assigned to Charles Pollnow. Since the beginning of my dealing with Charles, he has been extremely professional and very customer service oriented. Charles has been keeping me updated on the upcoming allocation lists and when the next allocation list is to be expected. I have been dealing with another Toyota dealership salesperson who does not respond to my request for updates. I will be cutting ties with this salesperson but NOT Charles. He has been extremely helpful and courteous and I can not wait to close my deal with Charles once my Highlander Hybrid is on the allocation list and spoken for by me. This dealership is leaps and bounds better than any other dealership I've worked with. I've been trying to buy my dream vehicle from a dealer for so many months and have been let down by other dealerships telling me I have a "preference" in only to ask me every other week what vehicle I'm interested in and ridiculous 20k "market adjustments" but Berge is pure gold! They have stellar communication paired with honest people and genuine care! We've been working with Ricardo and Joseph (the internet director) and they've treated us so well!!! I'm a customer for life!
